Also if u don’t have a wyvern have a flamethrower it doesn’t damage your esensns so get flamethrowers and a lot of ammo also bring a long range gut to to try and keep them away flamethrower is only backup ok

They should put this under mods cuz u can find them in asa scorched earth but cant tame them without the bobs tall tales mod 😆

So I just bought the expansion excited to tame one of these.. to find out I can’t because you Can only have 1 per tribe :/

Just adding onto someone’s comment, the larger the tree you use the shovel on the more food it gives the oasisaur

Tame: Press Alt And Tab And go to Google And search Arkid And Find Creature Tab And Then There’s A search bar Click it And Type “Oasisaur” And Then Click “COPY” Then Back To Game And Press Tab And then Control+V Then Go to the Part That says “Summon”And Add a part called Tamed Press enter And done!

For everyone saying drag weight is how you tame them, that’s wrong. I tried taming one with a low level paracer and it took 5 or 6 rounds and didn’t even get the take. The way I tamed mine is by using a thyla with over 4k health and I tamed it in one round. So it’s definitely based on health and not drag weight.

Here’s how to tame this… I have successfully tamed it like 20 times no failure so you can trust me.

Step one: Prepare

Find yourself an Oasisaur once you have found one check its level, usually level one is best (I recommend end game after or just before Manticore) get yourself a Rex above level 150, DO NOT attack the Oasisaur in any way it will not let you tame it.

Step two: beginning the process

Find yourself a teammate (it is possible to tame without teammate(s) but not recommend) and kill the 150^ Rex. Get yourself two wyverns (NOT POISON) and land near the pool but not in it it will not help sense you can’t hit the vultures without hitting the Oasisaur. Hop off and put your rexes soul into the Oasisaur inventory. Hurry back to your wyvern ( I used lightning and Fire) use one teammate to fly and kill as many vultures as possible while the other(s) protect from the Oasisaurs back.

Step Three: Defense

There’s a bug where it won’t eat, upload it to the obelisk and it should fix it, I removed all structures first ^^

I used a rhynag essence and finished taming on 5x in one wave

I used spirit lvl 175 wyvern taming x1

Taming effect 6.8% per wave

Spirit lvl 105 wyvern taming x1

Taming effect 4.5% per wave

How to tame it is you need 70 Rex and raptor then feed it and your done

When tamed you can place crop plots on its back, and it will full water it

This thing looks like it should be the Rhynio Queen

As mentioned in other tips: Drag Weight and Level of a creature's soul determines how quickly you can tame the Oasisaur. However a preferred and reliable weapon of choice to combat the vultures would be a Lightning Wyvern. I've found them bery reliable to solo tame an Oasisaur.

i forgot the name but this is like that one huge ahh turtle that u can put a base on, except its now a crab for some reason.

Does building on them take away resource production??

60 tame slots! This can really hurt a large tribe on a server with a strict limit.
