Guys best way to deal with them is arson a flamethrower or fire wyvern’s good but a torch will do as well

Stay away from these guys me and my friends started a new save on lost island and got destroyed by a lvl 100 one of these guys

These guys aren't as annoying as those damn titanmyrma things as these guys only aggro to you if there is a corpse nearby but they are easy to kill if you have a decent creature

These are literally the first thing that i ever died too.

They like to stay by dead players cause they like to camp it ( I tried to get my loot back after I died and then died right after I got there) so don’t go back for you loot cause it could be waiting for you

I have found, at least on PC, that once they start circling you, as long as they aren't ground level, you can crouch and they'll just fly in circles around you without hurting you. This saved me many times as a beach bob

Do not walk by them with T. rex cause you damage one ang the rest agro you and swarm your Rex and almost kill it

Take a raptor with you. 50 of them once it attacked me and making my health go nearly all the way down but my level 2 raptor. Plus the insect was level 60.

My first aggressive kills were these. I did it a minute ago before posting this.

No matter where I am in the jungle I always see these murder bugs and I almost died from a pack of these but I killed them they are still annoying because they camp corpses

If you are low level avoid these. They spawn in groups of three and are easy to aggro. Pretty easy to kill. Just hit it a lot. They have low health
