These things are dangerous!so im a starter i find a tek para across the island then i sail my raft there i knock it out and tame i was near a swamp so them flies came and atacked me it even killed my tek para so i was to scared to shoot my simple pistle

They don’t attack unless u attack them

I play mobile so when I entered an area with a therizino it says you have entered a dangerous area

This is not the case with these little craps if you have a spear you can kill so many of them

Do not try to knock it out to tame it because it is hostile VERY HOSTILE

Fighting meganeuras for noobs

Step 1: get a weapon ready.

Step 2: go to a swarm and attack 1.

Step 3: when they follow you, walk backwards and attack them.

Step 4: repeat until they are all dead.

they’re actually tameable, you can use fish baskets and technically everything is tameable because you can use forcetame

Imagine encountering like 50 of these with the ant drones

One poisons your stamina, the other torpors you to sleep

You die

I never knew these were tameable, what these do is they can attach to your back as a portable parachute. These guys are not tameable on mobile but you can buy the Aerial Symbiote ARKetype on mobile and it acts the same as tamed meganeuras

I once stood still in one swarm of megneuras and they didn’t attack me. Unlike titanomyrama colonies, they WILL attack you if YOU attack them FIRST. Pretty much neutral and will steal your food.

Soo in on computer or something not tablet/phone I would say (not mobile because I don’t think that is able to be creative mode) just in case go creative mode and find one, then, open the menu and forcetame it, if not working try different angles, if it doesn’t work find a different meganeura after killing that one

Kill one with a frog without harvesting. More will come. Kill them and repeat. When done harvest them. You'll get a ton of chitin, meat and cementing paste

It sometimes drops meganeura husks.

They are tame able with fish basket how you’ll need a dead dodo dimorphodon or any dead small creature put the fish basket in the body and wait

Can’t tame and for beginners STAY AWAY you will have like a 5 percent chance of surviving
