Bro when i killed a meganeura a freaking invisible meganeura just killed me i didn't notice it i lost all my stuff because of it 🥲 (up if you experienced these glitchy bugs)

To fight them off, look up at a 45° angle (not straight up, not straight forward, but halfway between both) and keep attacking.

They will start dropping like flies.

I had a trike para raptor and a dodo and some Dino’s and i told them to attack something and then they started attacking these things and boom! They all died (I died to)

They will agro if rotting meat is in your inventory

For all mobile players if u need a pair of wings for dungeons kill them and use husk to craft them hopes this helped.😊

ONE level 2 Meganeura killed my 2 recently tamed Sarcos and my lv 57 Ptera. WTF!

If you have a bezelbufo, Then use the strike attack on these guys and get lots of cementing paste. They can usually be found along beaches and on the edge of forest

You can kill it for neura husk on mobile and then buy the wing bp, craft it and boom you are safe from fall dmg

Forcetame 40 of these things, max health, speed, and attack, you now have overpowered mosquitos, we attack ark at dawn.

If you're in the swamp taming or killing stuff, these guys will probably annoy you and if you are if your tame, then I suggest using a flamethrower or a sword

With the officially showcased by the Dev team. No untameables mod. They are a passive tame that enjoys spoiled meat. Once fed once. They will stay near to make it easier. Once tamed there keen perception is yours. Once shoulder mounted. They can be told to detect things. Such as enemy players. Dinos. Corpses. Items caches. Fertilised eggs. And explorer notes. Each is highlighted in a different colour

Player: red

Enemy dino: orange

Unclaimed Dino: real

Wild Dino: yellow

Osd horde Dino: purple

Explorer note: light blue

Corpses: black

Item cache: green

Fertilised eggs: dark green

The no untameables is available to console players via ark survival ascended

Use a torch. They have very little health but are difficult to target. Using fire lights them up and kills them quickly and safely.

Bonus points if they are attacking at night, as you will have several extra, flying torches for a few seconds!

I’ve found that when there is just one they are neutral but if there’s 2 or more they will aggro. When they swoop down to attack you stab with a spear and it’s an easy kill. In a swarm punching won’t save you.
