A raptor can easily kill these guys (a high leveled one of course). I'd always take my level 220 raptor to the desert and let her just go on a hunting spree and do her thing by killing these guys. I'd then leave with 300+ chitin and polymer. My raptor only lost 400 out of 1300 health after going back to back killing 3 level 80s in a row.

These things are WAY better than the chicken (therozino). They get more fiber, but a bit slower since it can attack 1 at a time, they can hold tools and weapons except for tek stuff and firearms. It can get more thatch or Moore wood. Can hold a club to knockout things. But are much harder to tame, u need SE, or Ragnarok for deathworms. Use bug repel. to get close, approach from behind (it is in utility, I wanted to Putin taming also, but u can put only one). I hope this encourages many people to tame this, although extremely difficult, on rag, look in deathsands, for deathworms and mans, and the lava place above the ice for mans. On SE, \_(*-*)_/.

I dont know how to harvest with it it doesn't harvest anything

Equip the Mantus with a high quality weapon and it becomes a killer of great power on par with the dire bear or Chalicotherium rock throw.
