Woolly Rhino horns only work on PC at the mo.

Walk north west corner of desert with a high level rex, u should be able to find death worms in region. Once a couple of them are killed, walk the border of the map(northwest) and the death worm should spawn in on the outside and come in to attack u. When u have 15 horns Agro a mantis into a trap, lose its Agro, now tame either wearing a ghillie suit and bug repellent or use bug repellent and cactus broth or all three

Use Fire Arrows, one shot kills even a 150.

Why the app says you can use spoiled meat for taming ?? It's only with worm horns right?

Mantis are good on pvp severs

I built a taming pen (3x3 with stone fence foundation and on top of that 2 high with stone door frames) then I took the Mantis and dropped it in the pen and landed a bit away, used bug repellent and cactus broth and feed it when it stand still. If it get agroed at you simply leave the area for maybe 2-3 mins and you should be good to go!

10k health rex to keep aggro on the deathworm and 500%+ melee damage rhino doing it charge attacks can kill about any death worm you want. Lost 1k health on the rhino and rex killing two at once.

Is there any way to make a mantis lay eggs faster ? I only get one get it's seems very rarely

It's not 3 min on the intervals. It's 3 min 20 seconds. (200 seconds on the bug repellant)

Make a mantis trap they are very easy to make, look on youtube to see how to build one it will make life so much easier

You do not need to use a sickle because the mantis with out tools equipped will gather fiber from bushes.

Build a thatch trap one foundation 2 walls high and a doorframe and keep replacing structures it attacks until it deaggros

On the new map astraeous I thought you could take one of these I spent a whole day farming 54 wholly rhino horns cause dododex said I needed 54 horns for a 260 mantis (I look and it gave me the option to feed but it wouldn't feed)

Dont need the weapon can just put blueprints in their hands but the bp will break an when you use the bp it will craft a broken item

These guys are on Crystal Isles but there are no Deathworms. I was thinking maybe Rhino horns will work, make sure people see this!

Dis is dat one tame multi purpose harvested picks hatchet weight meele Stam battle swords little speed health Stam just slam that melee but it has all sorts of uses speed add Stam speed little health but not really used when you have gallies so ya but overall great tame should be added to battle creatures up vo te so they can see

Bug repellent for the bugs, cactus broth and ghillie for the rest. Basically invisible. Passive tame.
