How to hatch a lystro egg:

1. get 2 lystros (male and female)

2. Stick them in a house

3. On mobile, enable wandering

4. Whistle stop

5. They will mate, you can see mating progress if you look at the female

6. Get the fertilized egg

7. Get some campfires and drop the egg next to them. (Lit campfires)

If it says too cold or too hot, heat it by holding a torch or cool it by turning off a campfire.

8. Claim the lystro (push the creature rex bone at the top)

9. Give it berries so it doesn't starve

10. Do the imprinting tasks.

11. This works on all reptiles except Griffin and titanosaur.

I was scavenging for eggs on the beach, when I found 2 lystro eggs. Swiped those bad boys up when literally 7 LYSTROS JUMPED ME FROM A BUSH.

Use caution, very aggressive and can one shot most Dino’s including Bronto and even Giga! Saw it with my own eyes. Passive tame, but be really careful, very lethal. Useful tame, strong and provides xp boost after being pet. 10/10

This little girl was my first pet, I got in a fight with a crocodile (I don’t remember what type) and it killed me i was sad and didn’t want her to die, I finally found my stuff and she was sitting by my campfire I was so confused and looked in her inventory to find meat and crocodile (again lol) skin, they are slow but if you can level them up they are really strong

I’ve had an instance once where I killed a miso hops and then a lystro aggro’d on me. I’m not sure if it’s happened to anyone else though.
