I saw one near the passive island while searching for a mosa, and I immediately took a scrrenshot. Didn't know it would attack me on my mount, and I died to some sea creatures shortly after while my Ples and Sarco were on Target. After being mad it died, a few weeks later and I found another one near my base at Red Obselik. I'm hoping to lure it somewhere where I can remind and give it nice honey.

I've heard these are supposed to be one of the rarest creatures in the game but I've found 5 of them in a day with 2 of them being right next to eachother

Where is best place to find these magical things?

This isn’t a Dino to tame for keeps it’s mainly to get 6 hour buff for drops(deep sea loot crates and normal loot crates on land are affected by the buff). If you are on a dino(mosa,dolphin, etc.) it will be aggressive. You need some scuba flipper and a scuba tank with some honey in your last slot to passive tame it. You can literally just leave it once tamed though it has no other use than the buff

If you punch it once, it will disappear. Otherwise, if you are riding a dino that the liopleurodon is aggressive to, it will run away when its health goes below 2240 (70%)

Arnt these supposed to be rare? I was looking for a plessie and found this thing just chilling, a tip for finding is they make blue particles surrounding them like their a fairy or somthing

Actually not a bad Dino because as soon as you tame it go to and underwater cave with it so it gives you way better loot an way better rarity loot

Idea:The liopleurodon could scrape more prime fish meat from leedsichthys and also deal more damage to leedsichthys

This things disappears if you try to attack it , very scary thing it is.

Not that useful in my opinion cause it takes me about 30mins to find a drop under water.

Feed them that 1 honey U have them for 30 mins and drops are alot better

never hit them if you want to tame them i hit one and they made a weird whirlpool and left me
