Ran into one for the first time the other day, had no idea what it was so i paused the game looked it up in the Dododex. Oh it's not aggressive. IT'S VERY FREAKING AGGRESSIVE!
Nowhere do I read that these bastards are actually hostile!!!

The liopleurodon only shows them selves to those who honour them in all their glory. It wonβt show themselves to people that hate on it. It is the most divine creature in the see, it will seek you out if it believes you are worthy. If you donβt believe me it is your loss, Iβve seen Mr.Liopleurodon at least ten times in the past 24 hours.
fun facts:
-they can't be bred
-their tame time can be reset if you chronicle and revive them
-a megalodon saddle can be used on them
-if killed in one shot or if killed quick enough, they do drop megalodon teeth, but the item cache may despawn before you pick it up (if it did the escaping animation before you killed it)
-they attack ichthys (idk about other animals
-they are neutral to you
-if you punch it once than it will escape
-it can take a few bites from an ichthy before it escapes
He is the god of gambling! You could change the beacons for better or worse but you only get it for 30 minutes
I have never seen it but i already hate it based off what people are saying
