These Guys are super helpful, Recommend getting one. They are mainly good for travel and melee. For example, my Iguanodon (Orange Popsicle) killed a Rex no problem and was barely damaged. Anyways, They're seeding fruit ability is helpful especially if you have a desert base or something. Their taming is especially easy, Bola and bat. That's pretty much all you need. I definitely like to call these guys my favorite dino.

Arguably the best first tame. Why?

- The saddle allows rider weaponry. Run away from something while shooting tranqs at it.

- Can convert berries into seeds.

- Has a four legged mode with infinite stamina. Pump points into movement speed, you'll get a 2% increase each point.

- Collects berries seeds and thatch.

- Easy tame, bola it then shoot in the face with tranq items.

The fact It is the #4 bio toxin gatherer makes me want to try

Great for then swamps, reasonable jump height and swimming speed make great leech hunters. You can use them to lure leeches out of the swamp and then barrel roll them with a pteranadon. They are also good in swamps because they can harvest berries, good for getting plant species X seeds.

They can jump pretty high while in bipedal stance.

these guys are massively underrated.

they have infinite sprinting stamina and if points are put into weight they are am excellent land mount due to their speed.

I use my boy "gluten" for all my land transport.

he easily took down two trikes on his own and came out on half health.

to tame just bola and use a few tranq arrows. I used mejoberries.

It can turn berries to seeds.

Put berries in its inventory and tap the screen.

If focused into melee it can do some damage for example I've taken a low level sarco and is great if you want damage but also need a herbivore

When used to change berries into seeds, you can feed gacha the seeds instead of stone and it gives the same results ;)

Iguanodons can be picked up by Argentavis now.

Bro, these things could jump, and their stamina barely goes down for starters. I think this is a good animal to travel on land with. A good Barry

This dinos are AMAZING

It has two speeds. One of them is very fast and doesn’t lose stamina

It can collect berries very easily and can seed berries very easily (I learned that the hard way when accidentally turned all my berries in seeds)

It has good weight and it’s saddle is unlocked at level 30, just go on a murder spree then boom! iguanodon saddle.

It’s a great traveling Dino and when you get the saddle you can just throw your parasaur out the window cause the iguanodon is better in every way.

It’s also very easy to tame. Just bola beat it’s up with a club then boom! You have your iguanodon.

One of my favorite easy mounts. Went out, tamed and saddled one in less than a game day, picked up 200 metal on the way home. It replaced my raptor for early game travel.

This creature is OP

First of it can gather berries like a trike and it can turn them into seeds

Second it has infinite stam in its quadrupedal form and can jump like a kangaroo in its bipedal stance

Third it has good weight and health

Fourth is if you pump meele, it can kill a lot of things (I’ve killed countless low level and even some mid level therizinos with this thing)

And it’s easy to tame too. Just bola it, slingshot it or use tranqs and it’s out. Just feed it mejos and boom you have it tamed

This is a great early tame for most survivors. It offers decent weight carrying capacity combined with enough HP to tank raptor and carno damage. It is an above average berry harvester and decent with thatch and wood. You can fire a weapon from its back while mounted. Combining that with its good speed and its special ability (running on all fours uses no stamina) allows early game explorers an easily tameable mount (bola and club) that allows for easy tame escalation.

Iggies are actually really useful tames for early-mid game. Theyre excellent travel mounts, having infinite stam and high speeds and they can also jump reasonably high. Theyre also useful for narcotics, being able to make hundreds of narcoberry seeds in an instant while also having good foraging capabilities. Theyre also easy to tame, being able to be restrained via bola. Overall must-tame for any casual playthrough.

These are awesome, just tamed one today! You can use a Bola or a slingshot to knock it out and use narcoberries and other berries to tame. These things can stand on 2 feet or sprint on 4! You should definitely upgrade the speed though!
