If it’s a low level don’t try to knock it out and with a crossbow.

Easy tames. Just grab a bunch of mejoberries and 10 narcoberries (maybe a few more, depending on lvl) and bam. For low lvls you dont need a bola. Recommend if youre at least lvl5.

Tame with seeds also right clicking on this dino makes it take out the seeds from the berries in its inventory

Berries also tame it but seeds work much quicker

Bolas do work on these guys, I do not know how people are getting ratified for lying that bolas don’t work.

This is the easiest way I find it to tame one of these guys so how i do is craft some bolas the throw the bola at it the punch it until it’s Unconscious

You can carry this with an eagle making it easy to just toss in a taming pen. And tame with nothing coming by to no on it.

Great Dino but watch out for other dinosaurs while I was taming mine every Dino came over just to poop on its head

Mejo berries also work well for beginners, they can also turn fruits into seeds.

REALLY easy to tame, just get a bola and some tranq arrows and once it’s unconscious give it berries and in like 10 minutes it’ll be tamed

I tamed mine with about 7/8 tranq arrows but it took at least 120 berries…..or something like that sorry if I’m exaggerating anyway it took a whole ark day (and whole ark night) to tame but I finally tamed it and took it back home (this happend on mobile so idk if it will work for other stuff)

I just tamed a lvl 47,and It is the best carrot or potato seed I've ever had. If you have a few of these and a few moschops,well,we'll, just say you have about infinite berries and seeds.
