You can TAME passive tames while riding, Aswell as shoot/Attack. Plus thing won’t agro unless you attack. Get a good level with good stats, And you’ll be king of the Sea! Attacking Mosa’s with itchy won’t get aggro back too!

Don’t miss click and punch them wile trying to feed them fish.

Steelslaughter here, and I was the person who unclaimed mini. I unclaimed mini a few years ago, so back then there wasn't an update that u could request aquatic animals on mobile. I am not stupid.

Your’re able to hold thing on it, such as a pick axe. Necessary for mining oil:)

You can tame thing on land using this(on mobile)because if you are a certain distance away some creatures will not Aggro.

It aquatic creature, so fish should be more effective at taming it than regular meat right?

Taming tips : try to trap in stones in beach and hurray you can easily tame one.

CAUTION (ARK MOBILE) :⚠️ During taming dolphin don't use soothing balm other wise dolphin lost his mystical powers which gives your dolphin to move freely in underwater sea and wild sea dinos not agro to you. ⚠️

But sadly high lvl dino take too much time for taming without soothing balm.

They are the fastest water creatures

When people say nothing aggros on this, this is indeed true, however, it only applies to when you are riding it.

I saw my first one in the ocean where I spawned :D it was beautiful and I am definitely going to tame one sometime in the game! I might be able to tame that one! :D :D :D

I tried taming a lvl 230 itchy and it doesn't work after I feed it once it doesn't go hungry ever again I tried rejoining but for some reason it's the same itchy but with different health stats then I tried taming a lvl 40 and it works fine.

If one of them swims away just look at your tame list, Wait in the water, and boom they’re there (you’ll have to tp them to you)

They are very useful if you want to kill megalodons if you attack a megalodon, he won't bite back, I killed 2 megalodons without getting any damage.

On mobile only, they wouldn’t be spotted by other underwater tames

On pc/console, they can be spotted by wild Dino’s

Tip : on mobile, certain ichthys get aggro’d by sea creatures when tamed, but certain others have the famous no aggro ability. While riding a no aggro ichthy, you have an entire world to explore. Nothing aggro’s onto you, even if you attack it. Ex. If you attack a meg, it might aggro for one second and attack but after that you can kill it without any hiccups. Keep in mind that not all ichthys have no aggro. You need to leave your newly tamed ichthy out in the water for a minute to see if anything aggro’s and kills it. If nothing kills or attacks it after a minute or two, the ichthy has no aggro.

Tip : in mobile, despite the common knowledge that either “ichthys lost no aggro ability” or “ichthys still have no aggro” there is something complicated : certain ichthys dont attract aggro until tamed, and certain other ichthys keep their no aggro ability forever. If you tame one, it might not have no aggro, so tame one and test the no aggro ability. If it has no aggro, you have found the perfect ocean mount. If it makes other creatures aggro, then it must be executed. I tamed 3 ichthys with no aggro, but then i tamed a 4th and it got eaten by megs immediately. that how i found this out

Basically your must-have first water mount. Outspeeds anything in the water, is ignored by all land predators, and is immune to attacks by the sea scorpions. Without this little guy, I never would have had any chance to brave Ark’s depths. Trying to tame anything else first is usually ridiculously hard. (Except for amphibious creatures that work well on both land and water.) Triple thumbs up.

Make a cage with Woden walls because if you don't, he will get away

One of the best tames ,just put some meat in ur hotbar and boom u have an itchy a fast water rocket , on mobile they are op since they dont get agro u can literally kill tons of megs without a single bite from them ,so for oil just tame an itchy and get a pick axe, , but WARNING : dont ever ever ever leave ur itchy while in water ,u will get immediately killed and wont be able to go back to the itchy , if its following you it will be spinning around like an electron so u cant mount it ,an advice u can go to the bottom and kill angelerfish u will get loot ,and angelergel u can then tame a manta lol ,u can go to the pole and hunt penguins for polymer another warning DONT LEAVE UR ITCHY because finding ur corpse in the ocean is not fun that if u find it , best thing to do if u want to loot a loot drop is to leave ur raft above you directly and have a bed in it so u can respawn and take ur loot if u died, and remember u can get dammaged by the cold in the night or in the pole , a good water tame but unreliable in serious cases
