This will aggro megs and manta be carful on mobile

The swimming pancakes named manta and the fanged fish named megalodon and piranha don't like people trying to tame this guy. Just wanted to warn ya.

These guys are fast I tamed one on the other side of the island and my base was on the other side once I crafted a saddle it took 5 mins to get back to base.

How to tame a ichy! [ Mobile ]

1. Have all the essential items! Such as; meat or kibble, and it is reccommended to have a pet nearby.

2. Go to the ichy, feed it some meat. If it swims away, then it'll come back. But if it swims too far, then you should go closer.

3. Boom! you have a ichy!

Tips and tricks!

When riding one of these, you'll notice that nothing aggros, so its a good tame if you want to explore under water. While others say its weak, i got a high leveled ichy and leveled up speed, melee, and health. [ it defeated rexes, spinos, brontos, and packs of meg, its strong, ] Goodluck taming!

The ichthy is super fast in water when tamed but slow in the wild when you ride it all water creatures in the area become passive

I have too many of these. They are fun. I got my first one then my second then my third and fourth and so on. I have 8. I love them. My favorite dino is spino but these are so fun.

A ichyosaurus saddle unlocks at level 13. Dodo kibble is made with a dodo egg, rockarrot, water, fiber, mejoberry and cooked meat.

Everyone saying that on ark mobile when you put a saddle on them nothing attacks them thats such a lie. I had an ichthy called michael and as soon as i tamed and put a saddle on him he got attacked by a pair of mated megoladons and i could do nothing but watch. It was a sad day :(

You would find them in the islands in shallow waters or in shallow rivers

Just 1 dodo kibble is enough to tame a level 1 to 10, INSTA TAME

Those are easy passive tame that goes very fast,worth it for first water tame

These guys are super fast and strong I use 6 ichty and it kills the high level megalon around lv 20-30 about 4-5 secs

ONLY MOBILE PLAYERS WILL NOT BE AGROED WHILE RIDING, PC AND XBOX ETC WILL STILL BE ATTACKED

If it get it stuck on land use a kapro to get it back in the water

This is’nt about taming but its a good tip. on the chalk hills beaches you can find tons of dead icthys that wash up and they give tons of spoiled meat and organic polymer! Its really handy for polyer and narcodics and early ghille armour! I think this is only on Valgeuro though.

I love using my icthy for Quick Deep water exploration. In the deeps of the craigg Island i founded 2 Anglerfishes,2Dunkleosteus and a Mosasaurus ( Craigg Island deeps are Gold mines of water creatures i Guess)

ON MOBILE if you ride one nothing attacks you unless you attack it

They won't attack you and they r normally in pods. Have to feed a lot of fish. Prime fish from Saber Salmon is best for quick tame. Recommend trapping it so it wont swim away
