Do "hunt and retrieve" near dodos to get prime meat. Do it near fish to make it golden. The goldwn fish helps yoh to tame otters and hesperornis in PC. It's rare on mobile, though.

Anytime I see these things I try to kill them. These guys are like mosquitos! They're so annoying taking things from you in swipes!! 😠

All you do is:kill megalodon then harvest fish meat, bola your seagul, punch it then give it the needed fish and a few narcos and your good!

I told it to target a dodo and it made me able to harvest prime meat from the dodo, so I guess it makes small creatures juicy!

Tame to be The BANE of good stuff

A must-have for taming Spinosaurus, Baryonyx, and anything else that prefers prime fish over normal prime, and still fairly useful for taming weaker land mounts like Raptors, so long as Dodos or Lystros are present. Looks pretty cool on your shoulder too.

When being attacked by one of these just go in your base then if you a rex let him deal with it

Put him on hunt and retrieve and ANYTHING small enough for him to pick up he will kill and it WILL produce prime meat

I had like 500 cooked mutton with stacks on. And this absolute devil ate it all!

Get an army of these and raid a base, free loot for days just dont screw up on the weight and health

Split all your stacks of food while trying to bola it. That way if you miss, you only lose one good item at a time.

DO NOT USE ARROWS, the tool tip is wrong, it kills them. Use tranq darts.

Hey guys! It’s Glomar 120 here! I am what I think would be a pro at hunting these. And I’m going to give you some tips and tricks on how to read yourself of these weird copies, and what you will need

First rule of engagement: remove valuables

Seagulls will normally go for a item of value like certain berries, narcoberry’s, crafted narcotic, spoiled meat, raw meat, ammo, eggs, and even go as far as to make you drop your equipped weapon (without them eating the weapon) when I see these, I will harvest bushes to get at least four narcoberry‘s, and using triangle button or whatever button splits a stack of items in half on PS4/other platforms to make stacks of one or two narcoberry‘s, so that when it sweeps down to steal things, it won’t go through the berries too quickly. If you were really on edge about your level 85 lightning, wyvern egg, just put it away, or put it in a large tame, because they will eat, and I mean actually eat, a small team like compies, dodos and Pegos.

Rule of engagement number two: striking first

Whenever hunting bees, you must make sure that you initiate engagement from a far using a bow, throwing a spear, using a gun, or if you are special skills, you can even slingshot it, and then ready a more powerful weapon unless you are taming it. If you run up to it and start swinging your melee weapon, unless it is a sword or better quality melee it will almost immediately take one item and then start circling you. my favorite method is using a bow to land two shots from a far and then using a spear to deal the final or last two blows. If they are on the ground, wallowing their way to torment another player, then this is the best way to deal with these. But if they are in the air, just avoid them. If they strike first and continue to circle you either run away in a single direction it is possible, or to avoid wasting ammo, wait until you hear their call, or until you see them, dive to attack.

Rule of engagement, number three: NEVER EVER FIND MORE THAN ONE OF THESE AT A TIME OTHERWISE, YOU COULD GET OVERWHELMED AND RESORT TO PUNCHING, WHICH WILL QUICKLY KILL YOURSELF.

Whenever I am feeling upset, I’ll make these guys my primary source of hide >:))))))

They have a small hit box so bola it when it lands

You'll only encounter them on beaches just flying around and going into the water to get some fish. So they are by water and land. Sometimes forest because they just fly into there.

Best way to deal with these annoying little shit is to burn them with tourch.. I killed like handful of them by burning them alive... And then my dilo teard him to pieces

On my first day, me and my cousin were trying to build a thatch house. We hid under the foundations for an hour. Now I shoot these on sight.

Don't let it take your stuff it took my journeyman crossbow and I killed it but it didn't give it back like a pegomastax
