Make a trap (with stone, leave gaps) with 2 gates on each end. Lead it into the trap with Argy. Go out other gate with Argy. Shoot Griffin with tranqs through gaps in trap. There you go!

To KO them without a trap, all you need to do is either ride a fast tame, or upgrade your movement speed. If they are chasing you, they follow you in a straight line until their torpor rises. By getting them to chase you by aggroing them, once you get far enough away, start shooting them with tranq arrows/darts/etc. This method allows you to get hits in them without the use of a trap, or taking too much damage if you do it correctly.

Just five stone doorways in a row, two doors, one on either end, get an iguanodon. Get it to chase you, as you pass second gate, hop off and close it, it gets stuck run round and shut other, boom!!

Use tranq arrows but bring a snow owl with you to heal during knock out

On mobile, these guys are a pain in the butt to tame, first, you have to trap ‘em, which is already difficult, then the easy bit is knocking them out, and then there’s getting 100 allo kibble while keeping them out, AND THAT ONLY DOES 1.1%

These guys are tough and can take out a lv90 suvivor in a few hits, have a flying creatures, lure em into a trap, shoot em a few times til they're knocked out then feed them raw mutton, while giving them narcotics (1000) over time, to tame em, it takes a while so be patient

If you think knocking and trapping the griff is hard, think again. Know that without allo kibble you’ll sit there for actual hours. I’ve had a griff tame for 9+. I had to go to sleep and somehow it didn’t wake. Just be prepared.

I need help. I’m level 89 and higher lvl griffins like level16 don’t respect me. Why? I’m just trying to find a wife for my griffin 😂

how to tame:

1. find the highest lvl griffin possible

2. stare at it for a few mins

3. make sure nothing else is around. in target distance

4. use admincheat forcetame.

Everyone if you can’t tame the griffin and your on tablet I think then it’s because it’s royal griffin not just normal one so you need the same last name to tame it!

How to mass tame(Best for PVE)

1) Build 1-3 traps made out of 3 stone gateways and 2 reinforced gates on top of a rock on crystal isles by the griffin trench

2) Get a harpoon launcher with net projectiles (unlockable in genesis 2 engram section)

3) Get any flyer, preferably ptera, snow owl or griffin and bait a high lvl griffin over to ur trap

4) When the griffin is close, quickly fly over to the trap and land right behind it, repeat until the griffin flies into the trap

5) Dismount and net gun the griffin

6) Close the gate

7) U can also trap more griffins if u built more traps

8) Shoot with tranq arrows if you know it has 4k+ hp, if it has less you can do half with arrows half with darts or just with darts.

This is how I mass tamed alot of griffins on a PVE server where they are breedable, it really helped me with breeding amazing griffins

On the server I did this there's 2.5x tame speed and 2x food drain rate and I never have to use narcotics, so if on the server ur doing this it's similiar or the same u don't need any narcotics

I met one of these gentle creatures in the snow biome when I was a level 38 it chased me and my pteranodon all the way to the volcano where I accidentally jumped in and died and as for my pteranodon it's still there at the volcano waiting for me to this very day

Build a small taking pen with normal dino gates. They kick up a lot of dust when rthe fly 2so so it might to be a good idea to build a small platform to get better aim.

You should not use a argentavis you should use a pteradon
