First you need to get shocking tranq darts (about twenty.) Then find a low level griffin that respects you. Hit it with the darts until it is knocked out. Find about 50 pieces if raw prime meat and 300 of biotoxin. Get a major soothing balm and apply it. If it begins to wake use the bio. IF YOU ARE A ADMIN DO NOT DO THE SPEED TAME HACK (LEVEL IT UP WELL IT IS SLEEPING)

They're fast..... That's it, can't carry anything hardly. Not really much use at all safe for out running wyverns

You should fly woth a quetz with platform then you can shoot with your friends on it and when you get an griffin egg dont breede you can make useful kibble

Easy tame without tranq darts using Snow Owl:

Use tranq arrows, when it's low health heal the Griffin with the Snow Owl's healing ability, then knock it down( If it wakes up, repeat).

On mobile you have to either

a)be level 85+-95+ depending on difficulty

b) buy the crown which requires the primal pass and 100+ amber

c) have your name end with a surten syllable (look on yt/Google for the options) and be level 40+

If you don't do that then the Griffin won't eat when unconscious.

Griffin’s are LEGENDARY. They come with pre-equipped saddles and names. I was killed by Barilla.

They’re found in the jungle near the snow biome.

Griffins are found in the top right mountain [not the snowy place] of the island.

Why do some griffens respect me and others don't. Is it only low levels that respect you when you are not level 80. I do not know if you have any suggestion let me know.

Timer on doddex is inaccurate at least for mutton i killed one of my ovis and as stated here that a full mutton tame did not need narcotics i still gave like 50 narcotics still when i came back the griffin had woken up

While they can be hard to hit, they don't hit too hard, and are easy to dodge. The canyons on crystal isles are chock full of them.

A really good and cheap taming pen is using one stone dino gateway and 4 stone fence supports. Search up kaizer from Crete on YouTube. Was able to tame a 145 Griffin last night.10000/10 would recommend.👍

It is easy to make unconscious the hard part in mobile is to tame it you have to levle 85 and I hate that

There can be up to 3 on each official server, I have seen 2 on the same heatwave. Tame with 2 mate boosted fire wyverns 600mleee then pump Stam, hop between wyverns when you run out of stamina. Trap In a 5 high 1x1 with fence foundations and doorframes, not double door, use pillars to make a platform with ceilings on the 2nd doorframe high, it took me 40 seconds to tame a 40 and about a minute to tame a 50 on 4x taming
