Starving timer is incorrect. Had a 135 and starve timer said 3788. It only took it to 63%.

1.level 80 2. you will need a lot of balm prime meat

3. build a stone house around it when you knock it so something won’t be able to kill it so easily

4. you will need a lot of ammo

Two ways of taming this is at lvl 80 knock it out and tame up or wait to lvl 85 and tame it by it passively respecting it it think it is passively anyway

Take A Snow Owl To Heal It When It Gets Low So you don’t kill it

To tame a low lvl griff u need too be lvl 85 to tame a high lvl u need to be lvl 90 or 95. If u don’t want to wait for ur fluffy griff all day or all night I suggest using griff lib only takes 3 to tame and if u don’t have that use allo lib but u might need at least 40+ depending on what balm u use. If u don’t have kibb for it then ig ur just asses out and will wait forever.. lol

Heres a trap i use alot on griffins (5 dino gates 2 dino gate doors side by side one player body with so you can walk in and out of the trap not only they can not fly out of the trap if built right... but the can not fly threw unless you have a 4 gap wide

Maybe the dust that is kicked up when flying low near the ground could be used like a smoke bomb?

If you’re wondering how to make super griffin kibble or regular griffin kibble. The Dododex has it except for super. For super and normal you need to mate them and then get the egg. If you want super then use the carnivore phero which costs 50 ambers. Then follow the recipe from Dododex

If you are taming this on mobile, Use Griffin Kibble. As it works better than allo kibble, Now how to starve tame them on Mobile? Simply trap them by the stone dinosaur gates method or however, Sleep in your bed Then knock it out. It will be starving and you can tame it Faster. The Griffin has to be trapped and should not have any dinos/animals near because if they come close and the griffin kills it, It may not be starving anymore. Works with any Dino!(Only on mobile, Dunno about any other devices. ALSO! griffin kibble is exclusive to Mobile.)

For mobile it's 10allo kibble for lvl10 and then 1 more kibble per 3lvls

Have a fast flyer with a crap ton of HP and a crap ton of energy your going to need it

After it finish the first taming level it take forever meaning it’s taming go down to 5.6 %

Line up five normal Dino gates (stone, since they can damage wood), opening to opening, then lure it in with a Petra and slip out through the gaps. Run back around and close the gate, and it’s a fairly easy game from there

Easy to trap if you have a Snow Owl and some dino gates with doors. Just place them over while frozen and they are trapped and easy to KO with darts.

Ok for Ark mobile THE ALLO KIBBLE NEEDED TO TAME IS WONG! Ok 12 to tame a level 70? Welp I was taming a level 40 that it took over 12!! More like 15 to be safe then sorry.And I used a Smoothing Blam ( gives creature 10 times taming boost) So bring plenty of kibble!

Even though other things are good USE SHOCKING TRANQ DARDS OR U HAVE JUST KILLED A GRIFFIN.

Use soothing balm and allo kibble or u r screwed

Go to griffin mountain and shoot one out of the sky
