Time seems to be a little off a lvl 145 on normal doesn't take 2 hours

If you can why not use some net projectiles or some bear trapes to help ya trap this guy or club him for extra torpor

dive till your fast af, slowly pan up, then look higher (but not too high you lose the speed) so you can dive again from a diveable height

I tamed a 145 with mutton and it took 45-50 tranqs and took around an hour to tame

allo kibble is so much better then prime meat

Had no trouble flying him into a trap. 4 gateways and 2 gates works easily.

If you do not have a trap definitely make sure you have a tame that can soak hits while still being able to pull out a weapon on the tame, I reccomend a thylacoleo if you are attempting this method but I strongly advise people to use a trap, I reccomend a trap that is 5 dino gateways long with gaps only humans and smaller creatures can fit through along with dino gates on the end dino gateways!

Build an enclosed area that a ptera can get through just not a griffin and lure it in. You'll be able to tranq it (or crossbow) it without having to bait it. Make sure to close the dino gate

When you thinking to tame a griffin at 65 level be carefull you need a lot of bio toxine. It’s taming speed is very slow even with prime it’s only get 1.3% so be carefull

imo these are the BEST flying mounts in the game because you can hold 2 people and shoot of of its back along with their maneuverability, speed, damage output, stamina, dive bomb, 2 special attacks, and health. I'm currently leveling up my griffin and so far it has 500% damage, 1500 stamina, and 15k health and there is practically nothing that can take it down. (also, its dive bomb swipe attack does over 1000 damage!)

My tip for people not on mobile make a Griffin trap and you lure one in instant Griffin a guy named nooblets.com on YouTube made a video on the best Griffin trap ever trust me it always works.

you need a stone trap to tame and knock it out

If you have a snow owl use tranq arrows, if it gets low heal it with the owl and save resources

When I first saw one it was in Ragnorak and it was near cliffs

To knock out you should use a trap

To dive bomb u have to sprint fly then turn downwards, and you will go very fast. When you hit the ground, it will deal damadge (and knock back) to creatures near you. While diving, you can pull up so you are flying forwards, and it will give you a glide. This has and insane amount of speed packed into it, allowing you to persue and escape enemies, or travel across the map fast. If you are gliding and you do the regular attack (RT on Xbox) it does much more damadge. Using this attack, you can swoop to your enemies, use the attack, and then swoop away, all in probably 2 or 3 seconds. I would definitely recommend the griffin as after you get the hang of it you can master the skies, not to mention it can hold an extra person on its back to protect the rear. And it doesent require a saddle.

Make a box with pillars and behemoths and leave gaps just big enough for u to go out then anger him and lead him in and run out through pillar and spam shock it then use prime raw or cooked and just feed bio toxin and make sure it’s under lvl 20

If you want to tame first go get some soothing balm then make shock tranqs then put it to sleep give its wings a massage with soothing balm and feed it 15 stacks of meat btw you will need 4 stacks of bio toxin :)
