I have a theory about the griffin instant death... at times I think it’s flying at “breakneck” speed... so if you catch any terrain or another dino on the way, it’s almost instant death

So we found Dododex to be way way way out while trying to tame a 130 griffin on Rag.. was cooked mutton taming it.. used all the narcs mentioned by the time it was at 72% and the mutton as well.. so.. we lost it

Best dino in ark in my opinion. It can deal up to 1700 or more damage per hit depending how much melee you put on it. It kills rexes, brontos, gigas and all alphas really easily and safely. It harvests great and is fast too. Broken if you ask me.

How do you earn it’s respect? Because it’s so hard to tame

Ust found out on Crystal Isles that harvest sap from Douglas fir in plains mountains. Just look for Xmas trees.

Use traque darts plus on mobile go to Vocano and u will find one

I have knocked out one I don't known that it usually will give 0.1% I was waiting it for be tamed by meat and when I see that it's 0.1% done I killed it.

Although it is fast and strong it can still usually die easily to a wyvern and a lightning wyvern can kill a griffin in one or two hits

a level 1 tamed griffin on pc ps4 or xbox has -73 health and can get one shot by a dodo.So i suggest taming a level 100+ as they have 3000 health when tamed.this is due to the griffin nerf.

Royal griffin only respect somebody with level 100 ,a royal crown with the pass and their names letters ending with yours

I use god console and level up to 1000 when unconscious it’s take 0.5 per meAt LOL HAHHAHHA

Most amazing thing ever I was in the Wyvern cave with my griffin and I get knocked out by a Lightning Wyvern and fall into the water and barely escape I come back 2-3 days later and I find this guy wandering around looking for me I brought him/her (gender is n/a) back to base and renamed it mr.loyal (don’t judge me)

I literally was SO SAD when I found this out.But if your trying to tame a griffin,word of advice (literally),make sure it respects you,bc I've been trying to tame it so many times,and I can't tame the one I SPECIFICALLY WANT just bc he doesn't respect me,and if u don't know how to get a griffin to respect u,is ig get to lvl 95 or higher or wear a gold crown,sorry but that's what Google says,anyway,I hope this helped-user12234612 (I don't have username so I made up for now)
