Approach Glowbug with your Glow puppy. Harvest the charge for the Glow puppy like you would a Water/oil jug bug.

Same behavior and concept of the Jugbug. You walk up to it with a battery in hand and take the charge currently on the bug (0-500 charge storage) and take the charge from it.
