I used 217 tranquil darts on a 543% long neck and it dint knock it out. I ended up killing it.

To knock it out your best chance would be to charge with A Wooden bat, this would send the Giga into a coma making it easy for you to tame

Easy tame just punch a couple times and use some narco berries

Uhhhhh tried taming a giga, pumped several hundred darts AND ARROWS into it and it did not knock out not come close. My suggestion, bring WAY MORE THAN WHAT DODODEX SAYS!!! Our guns and bows broke before we even finished up our last 200+ arrows that we had left... :(

Be careful when doing PvP with gigas, as when they get to 50% health they will start to kill your other tamed dinos and eventually you...

If you tame a giga sleep near it to make its hunger go down then ko the giga and feed it soothing balm and I recommend raw prime meat to quicky get it done.

Soo basically when it is near your structure and is aggressive towards you, It might start attacking the structure even when not Trapped

Get a gateway and couple hundred tranq darts or toxicant arrow with ascendant longneck or compound bow/crossbow

Then lure it towards your gateway and keep trying until it starts attacking the structure(A flyer like pteranodon is recommended with high quality saddle)

When it does start attacking the gateway, dismount from flyer at a distance and start firing tranqs, this seem risky but trust me it's safe until allo pack and an alpha raptor ambushes you, you can use a Griffin for this to safely shoot it

But the only problem is when it starts running away you have to chase it down and fire tranqs

With Griffin it won't be that much of a problem tho

Up soo more mobile players can take advantage before devs patches it

Get it stuck on terrain and put gates behind you will die many times and it will surely cause depression

Go to Gen 2 craft 250+ damage weapon then fly/hover over giga using tek easy tame

I tamed a lvl 80 giga in lvl 60 no trap with tapejara it's my first time taming one + without trap i was playing in hard i was so excited now finnally it got tamed i used a 10x soothing balm and prime meats

Needs 15 kibble for lv145 giga on mobile

This was very easy to tame with god console just basically fly,infinite ammo invurnerable, Speed 400% and trap it in rocks and shoot in head and make sure you have ALOT of biotoxin let starve a bit and put food and then BOOM gotcha self a giga

Definitely not worth of taming in Mobile before taming health was 80k after taming it's 17k and it's melle before taming was 500 after taming it is even less than 50 per hit don't tame it.

When I tamed a low level Giga after it was tamed it’s health became about 17, 000 but before it was tame it was 80,000. Turned out it’s melee dropped drastically too to 35%. Watched it one shot trikes in the wild, once tamed a had to take multiple bites to kill one. Can anybody help?

It is easy if you think properly you jut go on cliff and keep on tranquilising it from the top

I use quetzel with platform and then just shoot it till it dies and get the implant and gain a whole lot of xp..or shoot it tranq it but i prefer to kill it and then built a cage type of thing on the obelix and then viola another long shootout begins..try taming it but its going to take awhile.13/12/19
