can someone help me with finding low lvl giga im too scared to tame a high lvl

Look don’t stop readin this if you want something capable of fighting wild giga first your going to need to tame two giga the easiest way to tame them that I used more than twice your gonna need 4 Dino gate ways you can use three but it’s harder find a decent giga level 100 ish place the gateways in a square but leave one out next get on a bird Dino more than one thousand health and pick up a Dino near by to more efficiently lure the giga also I forgot to mention large bear traps put three down no more or less lire the giga into the trap then it will be stuck for 30 seconds stay on your bird and place the last get behind the giga now before you do those steps admiring you have a strong Dino like a imprinted carno or thylacoleo kill alphas until you get a decent crossbow with at least 250 attack I used a 500 next if you bring a 250 crossbow bring at least 90 tranq arrows when the giga is traped pelt it in the head dealing 3x torpor so if you get head shots you should only need 30 now you have a giga do it again but the opposite genders Simply breed them fully imprint the baby and you have a 60k health beast doing 4000 per hit without levels! Add a good saddle you can kill a wild giga the only thing to fear the bleed effect doing five percent health each hit killing you in about 18 hits counting damage but spamming the button doing a dos of 8k killing the wild giga in 10 hits while by that time it would have only got you to have health I tried it and got enought hearts for alpha overseer people under level 60 can be part of the alpha tribe

So I'm trying to tame this lvl 46 giga but I'm making traps so 😅 ya...

Do NOT use a tapajara to tame on mobile! I lost my flyer and never tamed the giga! Just use 4 metal gateways surrounding it. I recommend an argentavis.

Don’t tame it with tape if ur using arrows tape are slow and giga are insanely fast its like tame a spino with normal bow on foot without traps

For the guy who says metal signposts don’t work that’s cuz you did the trap on a rock or on a slope. Place it in the clearest and flattest area possible.

That’s difficult when gigas live on top on peaks.

I knocked down a 145 gig with 196 traq darts and 220 traq arrows with master craft bow. And used 20 yellow kibble. This is all on one times and the map is island around volcano ark ascented.

How to tame a giga without a trap in 6 steps

1. lure it into the redwood with a thyla

2. climb on a tree that cannot be harvested

3. knock it out with tranq or schocking tranq darts

4. put prime meat, mutton or extraordinary kibble in it´s inventory

5. kill all enemies around it when it´s eating

6. when it´s ready then craft a saddle and ride it

No trap required, just use a ascendant club and level all your points into health and melee and your all set ez tame

Tip: Gigas are strong ;)

Anyone know if this app works for ASA?

Everyone says Gigas are so hard to tame but I tamed easily and this is how:

Step 1:hop on quetzal with platform saddle and go to the artic to find a giga

Step 2:Once you find a giga take out an ascendant crossbow with 200 toxicant arrows or sniper rifle with 150 tranq darts

Step 3:hop off quetz and stand on platform saddle

Step 4:Shoot the giga until it nice and knocked out

Step 5:Feed it a 10Xbalm and four prime meat

Step 6:Make a giga saddle and put it on the giga

Step 7: rampage on the giga and murder everything in sight

Step 8:Share this tip with friends who need help taming gigas(optional)

Want a manslaughter machine? Don't worry, I got you.

1. Get a Quetzal with a platform saddle (Non-platform works as well)

2. Get a Longneck with shocking tranq darts (100-200 darts, depending on level)

3. Get a friend if you can. (You can do this singleplayer as well)

4. Have your friend (or yourself) drive the Quetzal towards a Giga, but make sure you're high enough to not get hit.

5. Shoot the Giga. Chase it when it starts torpor running.

6. Now that your Giga's out, give it Prime Meat, Mutton, or Kibble.

7. Place spike fences around your Giga, and protect it.

8. Have a bunch if Narco BERRIES. Narco Berries don't restore as much torpor, but they have a slower release. Get some Bio Toxin just in case.

9. You have a Giga!

10. Get one of the opposite gender

11. Breed your Gigas.

12. You have an Army.

In order to breed, just place all ur other dinos in a round formation with the gigas inside and then mate them

You need 2 or 4 behemoth stone gateways to trap the Giga. To lure it I recommend to use an argy and grab a wild dino like a parasaur. Then when the Giga is in your trap make sure to sleep to tame the Giga faster and afterwards knock out the Giga and use prime meat or just normal meat but make to sure to bring it alot because its not work making quetzal kibble. Btw when you sleep the Giga or any dino will instantly eat the food given when its unconcious.

To the person who is trying to tame with arrows, i really wish you luck and if you have already tried plz post how it went because I will be attempting to do the same!

Use compound bow if you have one

but get abt 1000 narcotics or it will wake up it takes no meat but it takes years to eat the meat

Punch 1 time and it's knocked out and wait 1 minute if it's up its tamed don't feed food because it won't expect it
