Don’t let any tames near it. It one-shots griffins, which can have over 1000 health. My lvl 56 Argie named Artemis (with 1,000 health) died in two hits. Went back to get my stuff on my other argie (Apollo)... he died too. Had to tame a new one. Long story short, it will destroy you. If you wanna get close, do the back end.

Fellow mobile gamers: I have found one on Far’s Peak (the one with the griffins). I found it on the west side of the mountain. Use a fast air tame to lure it into Smuggler’s Pass (the valley nearby) for easier taming.

He has 80k hp when wild so baiichh RUN

You probly want to set a trap because they are very strong you need a argintavis to bring it in make sure that you have pilers to make it more esey to shoot at the gigs.

Stuff a large bear trap if you can or grapple onto it body where it cannot bite you and do anything to knock it out. Once knocked give it major soothing balm and meat or kibble. (Kibble is more recommended)

I brought 300 darts it only took 75

Don’t even try to tame him without thousands of narcotics I recommend using shocking tranq darts

If you see it’s ass strolling down the mountain, you’d better get yours out of there!!

If you ever want to knock it out with a club use a grappling hook and gtapple somewhere at the tail and start using the club

If in ragnarok, go to top right, by wyverns. There is a pretty common spawn. But the area is very flat so be prepared if it spots you.

Did you know that if you have a 150 unconscious gigs you use major smoothing balmb and use kibble you need no narcotics but if you do the same thing whith a lv 1 you will need some narcotic

Place down 5 behemoth gate ways in a row out a gateway at each end open 1 then shoot the giga and run in. when the giga goes in the trap shut the doors behind it

These SOBs next to always spawn on the mountain in the far right corner of the island (not the one in the snow biome) and once you find one make sure to trap it and not start shooting it like a maniac. I found a level 55 and tried taming it without trapping it and it despawned when I went back home for some metal Dino gateways. Also, they destroy stone Dino gateways so make about 8 metal Dino gateways (NOT behemoth gates they fit through behemoths) also should have 200 shock tranqs or more bc this thing has MASSIVE torpor and drops 200 every 3 seconds so keep shooting and have fun!

If and or when you ever see one and you want to tame it?

Stand on top of a cliff and shoot down at it... Or if you can... Have a tribemate and a quetzal and some sleeping bags or beds on the quetz then you guys can continuously follow it and chase it down... Good luck survivors!

HELPFUL HINT: DO NOT TAME ONCE IT IS STUCK IN A HOLE AND YOU’RE ONLY LEVEL 75. YOU WILL NOT HAVE A SADDLE AND IT WILL BE STUCK THERE UNTIL YOU GET ONE. IT WILL STILL BE STUCK THERE EVEN THEN.

Always use balm and kibble unless you want to die(mobile)

If u see one just flee before it kills u in one bite and in person they are much larger then u think and don't think 5 rexes are enough and have at least a griffin or pteradon

when you tame a giga it nerfs the giga and makes it weaker than what it is in the wild
