A real life Rex could easily kill a giga as it had stronger jaws and teeth plus the fighting style

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT try taming one of these bad boys by flying with an argey to a ledge and shooting the giga. You will drain your ammo, break your gun, kill your argey then fall off the cliff only to be devouered by this ravonous beast. I lost my favorite argey. R.I.P Amara, you were such a good companion.

I TAMED A LVL 145 WITH TRANQ ARROWS AND A MASTERCRAFT CROSSBOW, IT IS PERFECTLY POSIBLE, took me ages and like 520 shots but you can do it if you don’t want to waste a lot of resources, also I used like 200 bio toxin and some raw mutton, good luck people!

Look on ragnorok in highlands theres a lot of mutton there so no need for kibble

If you see one near you base and you can't kill it or tame it use a pterodon and go somewhere safe and shoot it to get it's attention and lead it to some where not near you base

If you think a giga is cool, wait till you see the r variant.

For dude whe didnt find giga for 3 years they dont have exact cordinates of spawn their spawn is mountains on mobile and strategy to finding it is simple get on a flyer and go to maouintain to mountain and check whole mountain there is always atleast one giga on map and im my expiriance place where giga spawns the most is mountain at blue ob

Here's one of the best tricks in ARK MOBILE : If you sleep (with a bed or a sleeping bag), ALL the dinos in your render food bar will be set to 0 (when you make them unconscious, you can see that). After the taming process, the food bar will return to full again (no matter how much taming food you gave the dino). Typed this here because giga is so popular.

If you're character is slow on running and wants to tame a gigs while trapping it. I recommend to use a speedy tame like a gallimimus or a pterodactyl so that you will not die while attempting to trap it.

I was looking for an alpha rex and guess what? i found a high level giganotosaurus…… SHOULD I TAME IT?!?! Gosh its torpor is higher than its health

Look at what you need to tame it at level 9999. Also, look how long it takes.

Three of these spawned near my base out of no where, and then I tried to lead them to at least two or three brontosaurus, two died, and one got killed by like, 4 trikes, and I never got to see what stuff they had inside them, these things can see you from far away, and are extremely fast, so only encounter them when you know you could win

Guys is it a glitch? I tame a giga and the melee is only 20% but when it's in the wild it almost 3shot my dire bear that have around 10k HP

If you play ark mobile I recommend a tapejara and 1-3 bear traps and min 4 metal Dino gateways 1 needs 170 metal ingots build your trap and lure in make sure you aren’t too close then fly directly up now you got it trapped and now you wait for a few days and come back then you better start taming the food would have dropped lol you just feed it some and now you have a killer machine

If you are lucky enough to currently own an Ascendent Longneck Rifle, go for this tame. ive found that with an Ascendent level Longneck, it only takes roughly 80 tranq darts to take this beast down

If you got a fast Dino hop on it and run

These guys lose torpor so quickly so have loads of spare narcotics depending on your settings

So for those about to go after one of these for the first time, you will know them when you see them. Also keep your distance when searching, getting to close trying to get one to spawn is an easy way for one to show up and murder you :) i would def recommend a trap and good luck taming!
