Emptied about 100 shocking tranq darts with a 600%+ damage ascendant longneck rifle.. Still awake enough to eat me after I fell off the quetz. This also happened the day before with another giga. I'm never going to try to tame a giga again.

Raise one. Get 100% imprint with a decent saddle and this thing will decimate anything in its path from alpha rexs, to Goldman to titans and giga's alike. I promise you this, you won't be riding a dino, these are truly be Gods.

Make like 400 darts and bring friends

Use birds

Make a trap out of 4 metal normal Dino gates

Trap, aim , and fire, then tame

You need quetzal kibble or mutton also works well

Don't attempt to tame near your dino pen... some idiot I know (me) did this and lost all dinos... ha...

I would only recommend taming on pc and not on pve

When you KO it get a Quetzal with a Platform Saddle fly up above it and shoot tranquililzer darts at its face until you see a sleeping giga

Get a quetzal first with a platform saddle and make sure you have quetz kibble and then get tranq darts and you have pretty much tamed a giga as simple as that

If you name your gigs interweb asian its stats increase

Put a minigun turret on a quetz platform with about 600 bullets, have a nice shooting session of about 1min30.

Here's a good idea: get a platform quetzal, fly above the giga, and if he runs away, fly after him and shoot him using the tek chestpiece
