If you see a giga there are several things you could try 1:KILL YOURSELF save your breath from explaining to your tribe how you lost all of your things 2: Jump off a cliff 3:Drown yourself 4:Run if hes less than 5 miles away run if hes more turn and jog 5:If you have a bad day punch him it will make you feel better ... well you wont feel anything after a second 6: if your tribe has done something you disagree with find one go home 7:DO NOT MISUNDERESTIMATE HIM FOR A REX WHATEVER YOU DO IF YOU SEE SOMETHING REX LIKE BUT YOUR NOT 100% SURE ITS A REX RUN THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE IT MAY BE A GIGA 8:if ones near your base tame a pteradon or other fast mount and pump speed and stamina run or fly within a couple 100 meters and run in the opposite way once you are a comfotable distance away turn and atack try to damage it before you die ... carry NOTHING important if doing this as im sorry but it belongs to the giga now

If you see one you should run do not let it bite any of ur animals cause it will be dead same as you

You can kill them if need be drowning, tranqing are good ways or fighting lower levels with a few high level gigas works too.

Can be killed if you have a few gigas mate boosted with decent saddles. We're on an official server and killed 2 wild gigas within 5 minutes of eachother with 2 gigas.

Our gigas are a 108 male tame and a bred female. Both have 230%+ melee. With an ascendant and Mastercraft saddle.

Bring 5 gigas to your first giga fight and whistle attack target then follow on yours. We did that and worked our way down to finding out we can use only 2.

You will lose quite a bit of health so make sure your giga has full health and stamina at start of fight and stay mate boosted or you will hAve a higher chance of death.

Ok I've seen several tips like run but that doesn't help your dinos or base :_: . So here's my simple steps process to lure it away from your base. 1st hop in water and swim down if shallow run under rocks and stuff. 2nd find unneighborly neighbors. Run by their house and place a tamed dodo or easy animal adjacent to the wall. Wait for the giga to wreck m. Remember stay far away. And take your reward.

I met one once I died instantly don't even try to kill it just run whilst putting late bear traps

Do not attempt to kill a wild giga unless you have a tamed Titanasour or a flying tame with multiple arrows. It would be much easier to tame than kill!!!

If fighting is an absolute must, wyverns seem to be good and keeping them away with their wing beating. 2 wyverns on beating (preferably fire or lightning) and 2 on breath attack duty (preferably fire or lighting)

When stamina is low, switch the jobs of the wyverns

Tame and ride to the fame and say the snail

Ey giga are not useful in mulitipiler cuz you thought it will get many damage and blood once you tame its have low health and damage it doenst have many damage its like 46 damage you can gain it by farming

To find a giga look in the mountains cus gigas spawn there and do not die use also toxicant arrows and shocking tranquilizer bullets

Im lvl 50, take my argy Falcone to the mountain, just to see a lvl 3 Giga right in front of me. Hasn't aggroed at all, and a beautiful green color. It was also female. I was so shocked, that my jaw dropped. I had just seen a Titan too. When it comes to gigas, they are rare for me. But a titan, is completely uncommon for me. I am still shocked to see the giga. A purlovia spawned 15 inches away from it (I guess). Giga hasnt rampaged, or aggroed on anything yet. I've got a joke for you all at the end too). Is this the worlds first "nice" Giga? I was able to get pretty close without the giga aggroing. The giga still hasnt aggro yet. Pretty shocking to encounter this, yet so cool.

The giga wasn't as big as I thought, so I was a little "meh" with it.

I killed a level 150 giga on the center with 5 rexes that all had about 40k health and between 700-1400% melee damage and 100% imprint. Only the rex I was riding had a saddle. Nobody died, and they each had about half of their health left.

You can kill it, you just need to be very prepared.
