The way to kill a giga is knock it out the smack it till it wakes then cry cause can’t kill it

At first I didn’t know how strong these monsters were so I took my 245 spino to kill a level 24 and with in 10 hits it wiped me out so I watched a video and learned that they have 80000 health so a year later I tamed one then I tamed another then another until I had 9 the highest level one was a 129 so I tamed one more and I was lucky it was a level 104 when it finished taming it was a 178 so I went on the hunt which all of my army of Gigas and found 3 wild ones at the same time I killed them but 7 died my 178 killed two so it got 10 levels my now 188 gigs and 129 and some how my level 76 made it I was very happy until I figured out you can’t take them to a boss fight

throughout my entire time playing ark I haven’t ever encountered a giga until now, and let me tell you it did not disappoint, in fact I was terrified. That thing almost killed my argentavis who was 10 times it’s level in 1 bite, so let me make this clear, ABSOLUTELY UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU EVER FIGHT THIS THING UNLESS YOU ARE 100 LEVELS HIGHER THAN IT

Me:finds gigs on flat ground:me:builds giga trap:me:takes out tranq dart gun:Tranq dart gun and me:OH HECK YEAH

If you find one just get it to fall of a mountain it can’t climb then get on top and shoot it

Or trap it in metal doorways

I will say r-gigas are beautifully terrifying on Gen 2.

If you fite a giga you should not use a mele weapon because it will kill you in one hit so use a raged weapon or maybe 10 t Rex's or go craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazy with tek armor and a tek rifle

If you see a giga you better have a army of level 150+rexes

If you encounter one of these in the wild a great way to deal with them is to simply run.

If you see one go to your Dinos stuff take everything and run

leave it

Once you see that sh1t it will haunt you to life. Run once you see it if you ever do it is extremely hard to find

If you run into this guy, Run. Keep running till it goes away. They have awful speed. But DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RAGE IT!!! It's might when angered can rival the dragon and even the dodorex. It's stamina and attack is altered too.

If you see a giga there are several things you could try 1:KILL YOURSELF save your breath from explaining to your tribe how you lost all of your things 2: Jump off a cliff 3:Drown yourself 4:Run if hes less than 5 miles away run if hes more turn and jog 5:If you have a bad day punch him it will make you feel better ... well you wont feel anything after a second 6: if your tribe has done something you disagree with find one go home 7:DO NOT MISUNDERESTIMATE HIM FOR A REX WHATEVER YOU DO IF YOU SEE SOMETHING REX LIKE BUT YOUR NOT 100% SURE ITS A REX RUN THERE IS A HIGH CHANCE IT MAY BE A GIGA 8:if ones near your base tame a pteradon or other fast mount and pump speed and stamina run or fly within a couple 100 meters and run in the opposite way once you are a comfotable distance away turn and atack try to damage it before you die ... carry NOTHING important if doing this as im sorry but it belongs to the giga now

If you see one you should run do not let it bite any of ur animals cause it will be dead same as you
