Knocked out a giga with a catapult turret on tge back of my quetz

This method works great for taming! Knocked out WAY faster! Save your tranqs! Not worth the amount of time and resources you use for tranqs!

Use 2 metal dino gateways with doors, 2 metal behemoth gates with doors, and 4 large bear traps to keep it trapped long enough to close the door

Keep just enough space for you to squeeze your character through the cracks

It'll be too busy attacking the structure and you can walk right up to it with a magnifying glass at it's foot

Sit in front of it with your quetz at a safe distance and aim for its head

Feed mutton for quick taming if you don't have kibble, but on most servers, you should let it starve a little first for best effectiveness

We tamed ours on Just Survive cluster Ragnarock on ps4 ^^

If I were you guys I would use arrows and Mastercraft or ascendant crossbow cuz of reload timer

People who say YOU NEED to knock these out they are WRONG! You need to go up to it and hit it with a club an it will instantly tame. Up so noobs can see.

How to tame this thing

1:let your tribe knock it out

2:let your tribe do the work and feed it

3:clame it as your own and kill the whole fucing server!!!

I don’t know if anyone else has had this “problem” but my giga passably ate a stack of bio toxic...

Lol It took me 30 tries to tame one and it’s a level 2 and I was trying to tame it on my quetzal but it failed so i killed the giga by drowning it and took its creature implant and revived it with the obelisk (I think resurrecting Dino’s only works on mobile)build metal gateways 1 by 1 and revive it and it will be trapped and shoot it with trap darts or shocking tranq dart or else it will take forever

Just run if you don't have gear even if you have you're screwed

If you have a tribe or friends you can play with this'll be easier first you have to have a diplodocus or another high knock back dino the surround the giga with players with long neck rifles I have never tested this out and do not know if this works but I think it would

Easy tame, level 15 for the saddle. It doesnt need kibble, a few mejos will do. Just bring a slingshot so you can tell it that you want to tame him.

If you happen to encounter one, kite it to the water where its deep and get a friend on a squid or basil or mosa to kill it in the water, easiest fight youll ever have to encounter

Since one of the updates, tamed gigas had been nerfed so making wild ones a lot stronger than a tamed. Example would be a level 116 tamed giga vs a level 16 wild giga and the level 16 will destroy the 116.

Found one in the Scotland biom on Ragnarok to day, It took me 10 to 15 seconds before I realized it was a giga and now I'm not going back there for a while...
