IF YOU HAVE GOD OR ADMIN CONSOLE in your solo and want to easily tame this awesome creature, I would recommend not completing the hunt giga quest so you can use that to find it. Note that you will have to be within at lease 1 km for the tracking to render. Once you find a giga, if you have a flyer or other tame, park it on a ledge and if using god/admin infinite ammo with shocking tranq it out. Then once it is out and you most likely didnโt bring prime, put regular meat and go kill an argentavis for prime. Once you have enough prime, speed up to 400%. To level up a better giga, when the giga is unconscious put bio tox in its inv and feed it a lot of bio toxin. This will allow you to level the giga without it waking up due to the levels taking torpo from the giga. This method will allow you to get infinite levels. That is how you effectively and quickly tame a giga using god/admin console. Thank you.

I dare you to raise one!! They are savage if you got two high lvl parents (about lvl 140ish) and you get imprinting on it. The thing will become an adult with about 230% melee and basically one chomp any bronto!!! But on the down side you loose your job and your girlfriend
To people who nag about giga getting nerfed when it's tamed : devs did not expect us to actually tame these

Guys the passive taming method didnโt work :(
I was looking to metal to make a saddle then I said to my brother โi am going to tame a gigaโ as a joke. Not even 10 seconds later a level 55 giga came into view. KEEP IN MIND WE ARE ONLY LEVEL 40!! We are gonna tame it tomorrow with arrows since we donโt have tranq darts๐ wish us luck!
Just lure into a metal gate set ups some plant Xs and it will knock out you welcome
If you want to make a trap the giga canโt break the metal gateway
This is such a rip off. When wild, it does 450 damage and has 80,000 health. When tamed, it has less than a quarter of its health and it took me four hits to kill a moose!! I donโt mind the health, but at least give it better Melee Wildcard! Make sure wildcard sees this.
Make 4 metal dino gates and 1 large bear trap. Place three frames and door into an incomplete square and the large bear trap in the I between them. Lure the Giga into the trap and while its trapped place 4th down to make the square. Then just light it up with tranqs
Many a tribe have been foolish enough to think they could fight a wild giga with a tamed and ended up with a dead giga. Don't be them.
