I kill these from quetz platform. Use an ascendant rocket launcher. Giga gets so mad from the rockets. Then when giga almost dead jump off and finish it off with ascendant assault rifle. Epic win 😆 feels good!

If you are on singleplayer and need giga hearts but cant find any gigas, I recommend dino wiping, and then waiting around 2 hours, after 2 hours check fars peak and the frozen fang (top right and top middle mountains) and usually a giga will be at either two, to kill them, lead them to the ocean on an argy, let them de-aggro, and watch as they sink and drown very quickly, as they have around 150 oxygen. If megalodons bite at it, the giga wont attack them, so you must hop in the water and kill them with a crossbow or harpoons, make sure your argy is following so you can get back on. AQUIRE THE HEART AND SUMMON THE DRAGON!

I would say 15000 narc is ok and many fridges of prime

Very easy to solo tame, you can use Stone gates If It was a lvl 55 below. Build a 1x1 Stone base to dont get surprised by nothing and never stop shooting.

I hate Gigas I once encountered one in frozen tooth mountain and flew back to base with my pt and a few days later I saw that EXACT giga coming from frozen tooth mountain straight for my base (near green obelisk) and discovered that Gigas follow you no matter what happens so do not go close to one unless your taming

Well let’s just say I was on my way to the carnivore island on my pterodon (Sushi). I wanted to have a little fun after encountering a griffin so I found a Giga and bit him... Well that’s the last time I’m doing that. Sushi died immediately and I was killed in two.

In my opinion the best way to taim a giga is place don’t a square of metal Dino gates pick up one that’s in the Direction of the giga and place a large bear trap. Bait it into the best trap then place the last gate behind it. As when it’s traped in bear trap it can’t attack. Then your free to nock it out. Keep in mind they eat a lot so it is a pretty quick tame. But be carful as a high level can one hit you through goof flak.

Quite an easy game if u follow these steps:

1. Find Giga

2. Pause game

3. Press L1, R1, Square and Triangle all at the same time

4. Type in “forcetame”

5. Party

Found one of this guys on a path to the summit of a mountain in the tundra(I don’t remember if it was on whitesky peak) while riding my argy. Was shocked by its level it was level 2 but it got 80000 health on it. Just flew away. Read its dossier beforehand and now I think because of that incident I have ptsd. Not all of my dinos can match up to that guy. Not even my Rex.

So mainly you should find them in the snowy mountains near the top usually not towards the bottom unless they fall.

Don't worry, just 421 shoots with a slingshot for a level 1

If you see one, NEVER attempt to attack it on the ground, these dinos chomp brontos into pieces and wake up really fast.
