Taming a Dire Bear is your best option with the Giant Bee. First, break the hive, either with the bear or with a gun, then(with a a full set of Ghillie armor and Bug Repellant) walk up to it with Rarer Flowers in your last slot on your hotbar, press the prompted button(E on PC, triangle on PS4, and Y on X Box). After that, you can hold the same button when looking at the Giant Queen Bee, and have her turn into a Bee Hive. You can place this down at your base. The hive must have Rare Flowers in it or it will begin dying. Make sure whenever your enter the hives inventory that you are wearing a Ghillie Suit, otherwisse you will be stung repeatedly. After a while, you will obtain honey, which can be used in many recipes

After destroying the hive use the honey it drops to keep the queen close by adding it to task bar and throwing it on the floor it works guys
Giant bee honey should not spoil but it should crystallize but you can heat it up at a campfire and it will turn back to liquid honey
Wild hives on stones are best harvested by an ankylosaurus. The Dino collects the honey and keeps it from spoiling very quickly. Most of the time no stones are stirred up at all. Up for visibility.

It makes honey every 45mins and eats rare flowers every 4 hours
Someone here said it cant be transfered. It can when inside of a cryo.
Take it home, make it make a nest at your base, get ghille armour, get your honey plus it produces bees that fight for the queen but the mand nest will hurt you when your close without ghille armour
Put Rare Flowers in the hive so it can produce Honey which is used for a lot of things
Place your hive next to water sit in the water and you can open the hive without your bees attacking you
You can put it in a cryo pod after you demolish the hive and transfer it that way up for those who donβt know
