Taming & KO Tips

How do I tame a gacha? Tips and strategies on taming and knocking out a gacha.
You will need to force feed often on babies if you use berries.
Raw meat will allow you to not need to force feed. Drop the meat and don’t go out of tender distance or he will die, very quickly.
Drop stacks of food next to baby for it to hold unlimited! Check mum though cause she will also pick up the stacks.
Don’t put turrets in him please
Not sure if this has been mentioned but, use plant y traps to tame. They are no cost a few hundred should tame a level 100. You will need to bring extra since I have not gotten exact numbers on how many are needed.
They have to be 16 tiles apart ! Even if they are not all grey bubbles at 15 they will not produce or eat until they are 16 apart... raising babies is super easy (on the island) have the mom drop it in a bush or move it urself don’t feed it don’t do anything just leave it alone they seem to get her their own food and live if u try to feed it u slow it down and it dies... may they RIP LITTLE CUTE LOOT BOXES... still trying to see if there is any pattern to what the produce ie metal dust breeding...
The best way I have found to raise a baby is put it on wander inside a Dino leash and don't leave render range. So fine things to do around your base and don't forget to cryo them if you need to go on I meet run or they will die quickly I know I sacrificed 5 of them to the Ark gods.
If you leave baby next to mom and pop it will eat from them
Use greenhouse triangle roof structures for high t.e. lowest resources to make.
They will tame off element just drop 100 element in front of them
When raising a baby bee sure to have lots of food. As they eat like trash compactors I have had 2 die because he starved to death while I was getting meet
You CAN NOT bola this thing just makes it aggro...
Tested taming effectiveness on x4 taming with Gacha’s and found that element is by far the best way to tame a Gacha with decent taming effectiveness in the end. With the 4 I tamed with element each had a taming effectiveness of 96.5% which is drastically better than owl pellets.
Use element it’s it’s preferred food
Gachas can be tamed easily with stone and Stine is an essential part to help it drop items, making stone very valuable in extinction
Feed Snow Owl with stimberries (while mounting) to make it poop out pallets.
It took exactly 80 Tek walls to tame a 150 Gacha, it tamed at Level 222. Took less than 30 secs.
i hate gachaclaus when i go in gacha caves i always mistake them for gacha
Gotches are wonderful pictures that will eat pretty much everything and produce the stuff you need stone is the cheapest thing to feed once they are tamed, tanning food in the wild includes tech metal stone wood foundations even basic materials such as stone wood fiberglass, crafted items like weapons clothing foundation gives you the best taming rate but they can and will eat anything do NOT accidentally drop a Cryo pod near them they will pick it up and eat ,it them they can produce most materials (black pearls ,silica pearls ,organic poly, element dust, stone, corrupted wood substitute for fungal wood clay raw salt and possibly a few other things I probably forgot ) they cannot make cement paste each one has a different production list you'll have to catch or keep breeding until you find the stuff you want I managed to breed an element one today 9/10/23 ( element and poly ones are rare to get )try getting a second one haven't got it yet but I'm hopeful,
if you want to trap it you should put metal billboards when it’s sitting down
All that I'm going to say is...
Do NOT TRY AND TAME ON GEN2
It is honestly so painful + dangerous
