Cool idea for tameing
You can find these birds in forests or cliff side livening in nest when you encounter one it is passive unless you hurt them and when you find a female hawk it will come towards you like sino and ask for different items rather being sticks fiber cementing paste thatch and once givin will go towards its nest consign back every once in awhile and when you give it something it adds it to its nest different items adds different things like cementing paste adds a random grey pastey looking speck on nest thatch adds thatch looking things wood sticks fibers look like fiber and after the first tame it will be yours as in a passive able to check inventory tame like gachaclause and you have to feed it food every once in awhile eventually will lay an egg which you can take maybe 3 hours after partial tame and every 72 hours after first egg
This is just an ideas that I wish will be added since the last few free Dinoβs had a really different tame method instead of passive or KO
More Fjordhawk Taming & KO Tips
When they're eating corpses make sure to un-mount your tame (if you're on one) to actually make the hawks taming progress go up, because when on a mount their progress bar doesn't go up.
Who wishes this thing to be easier to tame?
In order to tame you have to let it follow you while you kill creatures. It will then proceed to eat the corpse, the taming bar raises with each bite it takes. Depending on what you kill determines how fast the taming bar rises. Phiomas worked well because it takes several bites. Keep your eye on it so it doesn't fly off and be careful not let it take damage or you will have to start over again.
Rock elementals no longer work
When you kill a dino with a flyer, it does not tame it it only works when you kill the Dino and get off your flyer I Don't think it's for anybody
Hard way:
Get a beehive - Make veggie cakes
Tame a flock of high health ovis
Make cryopods - cryo sheep
Get a bat - Make serum elixir
Get a shotgun and shells
Get a flyer
Go to 20/20 ish on fjordur
Find hawks. Slaughter an ovis(s)
Shotgun unwanted hawks
Feed elixir to hawk while feeding
Yay! You did it!
Easy way:
Go to a Genesis 2 server and beg
If not tamed and you die it eats your body and all your stuff.
If i wanna steal a wyv egg get a fjordhawk and a parachute /parachute to the egg steal the egg and let ur fjordhawk bring the egg for u and u got a egg
While taming a fjordhawk you can use a maxed out ovis with all the levels into health. I did this and I tamed an entire pack worths of fjordhawks by accident
Guy these guys were nerfed so there is a long cool-down between the times they can take your loot back to you it also effects every outher fjord hawk you own
