Fenrir cannot be found or tamed in the wild; it is obtained in a cryopod by defeating the final Fjordur boss after gathering the necessary runes, relics, trophies, and artifacts. As a powerful wolf-like mount, its ice form slows it while increasing damage, freezing nearby enemies, reducing incoming damage, and preserving items in its inventory; nearby direwolves also receive combat enhancements. Reaching Fenrir requires defeating the Broodmother, Megapithecus, and Dragon with a carefully prepared, well-bred army and suitable support creatures, as the final encounter is extremely dangerous.
