How do I kill a equus? equus battling strategies in ARK: Survival Ascended & Evolved.

I found a couple in west zone three when doing the tame Equus mission and I couldn’t tame it, but if you keep jumping on the Equus you can remount it easily cuz they don’t recharge their stamina

If on the Ragnorok map go to the highlands. Equus for days. Even found a unicorn!

They are mostly found in the south-east part of the island

On ragnarok they are pretty easy to tame. In the highlands there is a farm with rockarrots and savoroots so you can easily get their preferred food. They themselves live in the highlands too so if you're always relatively close to the farm in case you need more carrots.

Be careful when taming because they spawn in the most dangerous area’s!

Over on the island, you can find Equus by the river between the Redwood Forest and the Volcano.

Easy to find them in Highlands just run around for like 5-10 mins and should find some also u can get carrots there to

When taming on mobile, make sure to have 40-50 carrots minimum! The carrots spoil and the taming length and can be unpredictably long!

On ragnorock there easy to find in a clearing with some big rocks and stream in the middle of there are also a lot of rock carrots there good luck! :3

When tamping look for any bad Dino’s if there is one take the horse to some where different or if have a tameing pen put in there because I didn’t do that the horse died

On our server we have too many people building around green but the best spot I have found is west of red tower to the river with three water falls, just go up to the second and I've never left empty handed, I personally own 17 and I'm working on my 4th generation of mutations!
