At least on Xbox if you have walls underwater they almost always get stuck because they are so fast, use gates for underwater pens for them

If ur having trouble with a bunch of wild ones

Click tab and type in playersonly

Go up to one look at it and click tab, type in cheat forcetame

Repeat for the rest

Let them kill wild ones

Just underwater Dilos, which cannot be ridden, can't use stun attack just like how Dilos can't spit poison after tamed, because they are not rideable so you can't use the alternate attack!

Actually having these guys as a mount isn’t a bad idea… here’s my idea for it you would need 2 of them to do it so you would grab on to the middle of there bodies and then they swim while pulling you but you can only do this with mated pairs
