This is the easiest way to beat any of the 3 island bosses not only the dragon. First you need Deinonychus as many as you can bring next you need to have a rex to ride. So if you doing solo bring 1 rex and 19 deinonychus (20 tame limit)

Then once in the boss fight run around on your rex. Have the deinonychus follow you as soon as the dragon lands get some distance and whistle your deinonychus to attack the dragon. When the deinonychus run into the dragon they will block it and the dragon will not attack them. The dragon will continually walk trying to get to the rex as long as you keep your distance with the rex and have the deinonychus attacking you will take no damage and the dragon will be stuck and won’t attack. Essentially the bosses all have the same mechanics they will always attack the biggest Dino in the arena (biggest by size not level) so this essentially can be done with a rex and any Dino smaller I just use deinonychus and recommend them because of their bleed effect. And they are easy to raise

You can not tame this on any server but your own and you need really good rex's for the fight this is a hard one good luck

Deinoychus for bleed, and suprisingly ankys to tank. 21k hp on the ankys with veggie cakes, they sit so low to the ground you can park them where they won't get hit, with a high base damage.

When I try summoning with commands, I get a dragonfly/meganeura

To tame, stare at it, and use command forcetame

A good dose of admincommand forcetame should tame it perfectly in a couple of seconds

How about you type in gmsummon “dragon_character_bp_tamed_c” summons dragon tamed at chosen level

No Tame Him, He Not Like Chez, Sadly

This may require further testing but the dragon arena on the island is located under the swamp called “The gulch of Lametation”. I know this since I entered the arena in GCM and after flying up I used the admin rifle to teleport myself up above the barrier. After I surfaced I was at that swamp. When I tried to enter from the swamp itself i died so to enter the arena it may need to be active already.

How to tame it step1 summon it in step2 realise you can’t tame it step3 it will kill you

Best way to kill it is to take out the healing orbs, place a bed and wait for it to fly close. When it does lay in the bed. The bed will then explode dealing massive damage to the dragon.

Encountering this beast can kill carnivores way faster; for instance if you take 3 lvl 150 Tyrannosaurus Rex into battle, they will die faster. Then if you take 3 lvl 150 Tickle chickens they will probably die, but way slower. What this means? The dragon does increased damage to carnivores then herbivores.

It's a little Sus that you can't tame it but you need Forcetame

Yell “Fus Ro Dah” as loud as possible and punch your TV where the dragons head is. Should be insta kill. If that doesn’t work start singing the Skyrim theme

Carnivores take more damage with the fire thingy or just all the ways of attacks itself

Get 19 rexes with 40k health and 600 melee with mastercraft saddles. They will be used as crowd control for the dimorphs and teras. You will need a male deer with 10k health and a journeyman+ saddle. Get the deer under he dragon when it lands so it gets stuck. Have shotguns with 180+ damage to them shoot the dragon. And also, make sure you have journeyman+ tiered flak to bring in too!! 2-3 sets of armor recommended

My best strat was pure health daedons (passive heal) mounting a yuti and using theri’s to negate the carnivore factors
