When tamed and you put a saddle on this guy you can roll by swiping up or pressing the up key and it goes fast so if your looking to go straight to a destination I’d say roll there but carry plenty stamina potions because it has a moderate drain.

When trying to automatically farm stone with the doed, make sure wandering is enabled and that it isn’t following anything.

With this, you can also carry it using an argentavis to farm stone easily.

What really confuses me is that its known for gathering stone but it cant hurt stone structures

Take one of these guys and pick it up with an Argentavis. Hover over rocks and let the Doedi swing away for quick stone farming. Up melee damage for quicker farming

They have an alternate attack when swimming. Instead of rolling in the water they bite. The bite can be used to gather stone and if you're in a body of water with a lot of rocks you can get an excessive amount of stone faster than on land because you don't have to sit through the standard animation.

I just drop this guy by a rocky spot right by my base and set her on wander (and attack target in case he needs to defend herself) and she runs around collecting rock! Then I pick her up with my argey and bring her to a storage box in my base so I can transfer the rock then I drop her back out there so she can keep harvesting

Gathers more element dust from lamps and stuff than any Dino I’ve tested

In extinction im pretty sure they have a gather boost for element dust

Whenever the doedicurus is moving and gets near a rock, it will collect stone automatically

they do not collect metal but are very good at getting stone

Take this for stone no really you should

These guys get obsidian better than ankys on mobile edition

You can use a doed with an industrial grinder to get flint very quickly

OMG IM FREAKING OUT….okay so I’m flying around Daniel(my Doedicurus) and I usually have him on wander so that he autonomously collects stone, but has I’m about to drop him in front of a rock so that I can drop and ride him he gathers the stone while my Argy is still holding him. And after seeing this I did it again the confirm and yes a doedicurus can gather stone while being held by and Argy if set to wander.

Shout out to Daniel(Doedicurus), and Ravenclaw(Argy)

You should 100% get this thing fully imprinted if you do so THIS GUY IS A SUPERNATURAL BEING you can get about 1,000 stone per swing (on medium to big rocks) and it’s incredibly fast AND tons of weight (make sure the parents are over lvl 70 or more)

Paired with megatherium makes CP a breeze max out your dodic with stone. go to your favorite chitin spot with the megatherium (I prefer underworld cave on center) and sit on the Chems for hours. Up if this helped you
