Easy way to tame a high level is surround it with like 8 pillars and it can't run anywhere.

I had to feed a lvl 35 160 narcotics and 100 narcotics berries and it still woke up at 99% tamed so be careful and watchful. Might be some anomalies out there

It cost me about 55 tranq darts to knock out a level 11 doedicurus.

And it usually spawns in the mountains (I found it in Grand Hills).

Dowdicuris is extremely useful and should be tamed as fast as possible.to anyone afraid of how long it takes to tame,the time estimate thing for doedicuris is quite off.i have a lvl 50 unconscious,and Dododex said about an hour and a half to tame,however,it has been about 10 minutes,and it is 20% done taming,so it should really be like 50 minutes.while thats not to much better,it takes way less time than Dododex says.amazing at getting stone.Highly recommended
