If you need stone, I highly recommend getting a Doedicurus tamed. It's the best stone farmer and reduces the weight of stone by a lot.
Apparently, you can have the Doedicurus farm stone in the air if you pick it up with a Argentavis. Haven't tested it, but that's what my brother told me. Take it with a grain of salt.
It can get around 400-500 stone per swing (although now that I think about it today is the weekend and isn't there like weekend events for Increased harvest?)
Abilities That I know: Roll, you can start rolling in a direction, uses a little stamina, but decently quick for a Doedicurus. Then there's the main hit, for hitting stone, and atleast wild ones curl up in a ball and I would assume take less damage.
I got my first Doedicurus recently, so take all of this with a grain of salt.

If you set it to wander it gathers stone then comes back to you right before it gets encumbered, so they autofarm stone basically

Taming even a low-mid level can turn building in stone into an afternoon instead of a weekend. Highly recommended must have dino for everyone.

The Doedic is one of the most essential Dino's on ark. It's the most important thing when building stone buildings, or other stone structures. The higher the level the better, and weight is essential!
Me: So you can harvest the most stone out of any method, take a quarter of the weight, but canβt break stone wallsβ¦

Equip your Doedicurus with a saddle, pick it up with an Argentavis and fly near rocks as it automatically harvests the stone as you fly. Level up the melee damage to harvest more stone with each swing. Level up your Argentavisβ weight capacity be an insane stone harvest team.
These guys male it so easy to get element from Lost colony! By hiting lights in the city these guys give you an insane amountof element dust about 70 per light! To useful not to share.
