People don't understand this animal. The reason the standard is carried that way is because it's a shield. If you breed them, they become rideable. Also there good bombs. Attach C4 and drop them in bases.

If you want to level up a baby dodo fast, hatch a baby wyvern or another high level dino and let the dodo kill the baby

You can breed your biggest dodo’s to be 2.4 in size or over then you can ride them!

Or you can breed your smallest dodos to be 0.80 in size or under to have them sit on your shoulder!

I don’t have tips but do yall know how to incubate eggs I don’t understand it I’m on mobile

Is the dodo the only Dino in ark mobile that does not eat another Dino’s kibble?

These dodos incubate their own eggs. I use them to get wggs for recipies.

On mobile, breed to a large size (2.8+ I think) and then whistle attack target. They will blaze up with the same animation the alpha’s have with increased speed and damage. An ultimate death dodo

Step 1: tame quetzal

Step 2: equip platform saddle onto quetzal

Step 3: construct large platform using foundations on the saddle

Step 4: tame/breed MANY dodos

Step 5: load said dodos onto quetzal platform

Step 6: attach c4 to every dodo aboard

Step 7: fly over someone’s base

Step 8: yeet dodo bombers overboard

Step 9: press c4 detonate button

Step 10: sip martini in satisfaction as the enemy base no longer exists

Having a dodo around can be useful for making kibble, since the unfertilized eggs can make dodo kibble, which is good for gaming several useful creatures. Also, you can simply eat the eggs in a pinch!

Dodos are very useful creatures throughout the entire

game. In early game, they can serve as companionship or possibly can be bait with some tripwire setups. In mid-game, the are egg-squirting machines, great for kibble and oviraptor taming. Remember to use stims! In endgame, their main uses are pvp. They can transmit swamp fever, and are golden for C4 cluster drops. If you really want to though, they are the easiest dinos to breed and imprint on. Hope this tip helped!

Easy egg farms. I have a few females and 1 male. They have a chance to poop an egg. Great to those who need some food without hunting.

You can attach C4 to dodos and use them as bombs to turn your Quetzal into a bomber,fly high with your quetzal and throw all the C4 dodos down and destroy the enemies.

Dodos are a reliable source of meat 🥩 and hide but BEWARE THEY ARE THE MOST DANGEROUS CREATURES ON THE ARK MORE DANGEROUS THAN THE OVERSEER

Dodos: found at beaches where they are most common, but are oblivious. That means they ignore any sign of danger unless attacked, making them a tricky tame. A trike or anything stronger than a trike can kill a dodo in one hit.

Lystrosaurs: they are cute beach pets, but you can pet it to get xp for your other pets but if you steal their egg, they will attack.

Stego: you can find it at herbivore island where they are very common, but if attacked, them and their herd will attack you.

I made a thatch shed and put 3 male and 3 female dodos in it. Now i have a poultry farm.

Until I planted c4s and waited for my rival to raid my poultry. Then Ka-boom went my dodos and my rival.

First I had two

Then four

Then eight

Then sixteen...

You know where I’m going with this

The short version I bred a massive dodo army. Try me you WILL fail. Change my mind.

These little guys produce eggs more often than most tames. I recommend herding these guys like chickens to grind for basic kibble or nourishment.
