1 get a room (2by2)

2 get a fire and chest

3 get berries and wood

4 get male and female Dodos (tip.get high level dodos and you will have stronger babies)

5 set them on wander or mate (tip if you want the males to stop mating hit wander or mate. That way you can have females ready)

5 wait for them to finish

6 wait till night and put the egg by the fire

7 wait for Dodo to finish imprinting

8 give Dodo berries

9 wait for your Dodo to grow up

Dodos are too tiny on pc. When I was trying to tame a sarco two dodos started trying to kill it. One was sacrificed to get the other behind the sarcos mouth. The sarco was unable to damage him and a leve 20 dodo killed a sarco

Dodos are overpowered and here is why.

Most of the early game takes need dodo kiblle such as teradactal,monkey,etc.

They can be bred larger or smaller (only in mobile)they can unlock 9 new abilities when they are breed larger

And the can actually as our shoulder pets if you make the small enough by breeding but it takes a long time not all dodos are the same size the have a scale that say how big they are.

Tip:

-Make a club, and search for one at least level 80.. Tame him with berries! (Be careful not to die, this creature kills you with one hit!)

Dodos in mobile have a nice feature

A dodo with the size of 0.6x to 0.79x can be shoulder mounted. A dodo with the size of 0.8x to 1.39x can be picked up. A dodo with the size of 1.4x cannot be picked up. A dodo with the size of 1.86x or larger has a rage buff when targeting an enemy (Alpha Aura). A dodo with the size of 2.4x can be mounted. A dodo has 2 types of armor. The Cultivator Bit which allows your dodo to harvest berries and the Decimation bit which damages all types of materials. A dodo can perform a smash attack which can stun creatures. Dodos with the size of 2.0x above will take alot of time especially 3.0x which makes the dodo have maturation speed of about a week. Dodos with the size of 1.56x can drop dodo feathers. I would like to correct a mistake I made in my other tip about the kibble the lystrosaurus does not make basic kibble it makes it but I still stand by basic kibble being good early game you can even tame a 150 parasaur with 4 OF IT which is astronomical early game

Eggs are his true purpose no combat just eggs

So if you want to breed or hatch one you have to enable breeding or mating in behaviors and do that with a male and a female watch out for a fertilized egg and make sure incubation bar is going down if not bring it somewhere else preferably a warmer area once it hatches imprint on it/them (twins do apear) and raise it up imprint if you want to and put food in it so it doesn’t starve and that’s how you hatch and raise a dodo

Idk if I’m a monster or not but I use these guys as suicidal bombers when there is turrets on players only.

To the peep who asked how to incubate eggs-

If you have a fertilized egg, I like to place torches in a tight circle and place the egg in it. And make sure the torches have a lot of fuel so they don't go out and your egg will stay warm and eventually hatch.
