These guys are GREAT for getting cheap and easy food, but bot by killing them. They lay eggs faster than any other animal and their eggs can make a infinite basic kibble farm. Just take a few and let the basic kibble farm begin.

They should have the dodo bit thingy where the kibble part is.

When you begin do not instantly kill all the dodos in your area because you need some easy meat and hide. What you'll want to do is start taming a bunch of them and breeding them. This results on you a) having a constant supply of eggs and b) as you breed higher level dodos you can kill off the lower level ones to get that meat and hide you need.

If you simply just don’t feel like going all the way to the south cave for your dug beetles or well any cave just use these! First get four stone battlements and make a square anywhere near your base with guards (depending on your area) personally I recommend mammoths and tamed ones. Next take any of your birds and go around on beaches pluck a dodo and bring it back and drop it in. Keep doing this until you can’t find any more. Then make a staircase with wooden ramps up to it up and down. Then make a door and walls and all that at the bottom of it inside the cage. Then you can go in and out without constantly having to get on your bird and worry about things getting in or out other than pteranodon sand other fliers. Argies are really all you need to worry about there. Next because wild animal shit lasts longer you can walk in take their shit and eggs I usually take females because two times the use both food and fertilizer and then boom poop slash fertilizer fiesta for u! U get it.

Hi, I'm Torress, the most reliable source for ark info. These guys are the worst tames unless your big brain like me. Use his lvls to unlock health, you can pick him up and use him as a shield.

Easy to breed, if you have bout 7. Make a dodo circle and throw the two you wanna pair together and put em on wander. Then after 4 mins or so u got fern egg. Up if you are trying to get a dodo army like me! 🦤

You might think oh look a tiny. Dodo what could I do with this but if you level it up pow it might be able to one hit kill a creature.
