Beginner tip:

1 take a club to the dodos face

2 put mejobarrys in its pockets

3 repeat 4 to 6 times

4 make the males breed with the females

5 kill the off spring

And toda you got a farm for prime meat

Dodos are very easy to tame. Just use a wooden club or smack it and give a few berries and he will become tamed.

These foul nasty creature will be your most terrifying tame yet! While they may look weak and stupid don’t underestimate them a lvl 1 once killed my 236 Rex! Some strategies I have learned in my 3420 hours of ark is to always keep your distance make sure they don’t see you, I recommend a longneck rifle with tranq darts at least 300 of them and 12 extra longnecks. Make sure to pack several metal dinosaur gates for a trap. With all of these things you just might be able to tame one!

You'd have better luck against a giga or a dragon

almost all baby dinos give prime meat!

To tame you need tek walls chain bolas and longneck rifle with 752 tranq darts

Harvest at least 4 plants because the dodo eats a lot of berries

Step 1 on taming a dodo: punch till knocked out

Step 2 on taming a dodo: give any berry except narcoberries

Step 3 on taming a dodo: wait

Step 4 on taming a dodo: give it lots of love

(Btw to get dodo feathers get a pet dodo that is 1.36 or over and kill it) (you have a better chance of getting dodo feathers is if the is a overaptor

These guys if you play the old mobile rember when you can get them super large to be ridable or small enough go to be a shoulder pet those were the good days

Great pets and fighters a level one can take out a level 120 sarco without any damage

People are constantly saying that dodos have no purpose besides eggs and umm... fertilizer. I completely disagree! I live on a houseboat and travel all over the oceans and dodos are (in my opinion) are some of the best companions on the ark, especially since their small size makes the good for people with small bases or like me, boats

Knock him out by punching him. Give him berries (mejoberries are the best, the purple ones). When tamed, he sometimes lays eggs that are very good for feeding you.

Sooooooo easy to tame, I literally punched it with my fist once and it fell asleep. Then I gave it an individual mejo and kaboom! Dodo! Obviously it was at a low level but even higher ones can be tamed like this.

idk what to put this under, but to make a baby dodo reach maturity, you should feed them narcoberries. it makes them eat food by themselves, so i while my baby was unconscious, i looked for more food. up of helpful! this is my first tip :)

Extremely high aggro rage, so using a tanky flyer like a quetzal is recommended. If you are using a trap, build it out of metal as, although they can damage it, takes a lot of tome for them to do. It takes about 20- 35 tranq darts to knock it out, and once it is, its torpor decreases extremely fast. Anything but exceptional/giga kibble is extremely useless, and even with it, needs about 500-1500 narcs to tame it.

DoDo’s are extremely easy to tame and I suggest trying different berry’s on it so you know how it effects Dino’s

GUYs get this it is the best I got five and they killed a sarco! To tame a dodo is easy :step1 knock out with fist: step 2 shvod berries in there mouth Vick the bag pack that looks different put berries in its inv and wait th boom bosons get a army of these if you wnat to tame a proton dodo kibble will tame it very fast

So you should at lest get 30 of these guys
