these guys are mostly useless, but honestly i like them cause they're really cute. you can get lots of eggs from them, they're really slow, and they're super easy to tame, just punch one a few times and feed it some berries, mejoberries work best. eggs of any kind are really good for food and health, keep a few on you for if you get hurt.

This creature is easy because it's the most weakest creature in ark and also it's very slow. So all you need to do is punch it out or club it and feed it meoberries or berries.

Make sure that if you are needing don't have any of your carnivores on wandering as they will kill the baby.

1.find dodo

2.knock out dodo (using fists,pickaxes,hatchets,etc)

3.shove berries down it’s throat

5.now you have a dodo

So there I was a 133 man mega tribe on official we decided lets kill one of these things so we grabbed our 500%+ melee gigas our velos,reapers,yutys and all 3 titans I took nearly three hours and this was not worth it as everything died then the do do wiped our fully tel alpha plateau base.

For a beginner, you shouldn’t use the stone pickaxes to knock it out. Instead, you should use your hands to make it unconscious. Tintoberries and Azulberries are the best food to give a Dodo.

Dodo has to be at least over 1.05 in size and be tamed to get dodo feathers when you kill it. the percentage increases when an ovoraptor is near it you can use dodo feathers to make 3 items sail plume, dodo arrow and idk can’t think of it but they also can serve as super troops raise them then set them to aggressive then sail to your enemy’s base release them and they will kill all players using thatch or wood please press the up arrow so players can know this

Tame the max of 200 and solo all bosses, caves and alpha tribes with these devil spawns.

Does the dodo actually unlock a Butt smash if it gets big enough? Also are you able to ride them on Ark: survival evolved? I NEED an army of them.

Never go Find a diffrent dodo with them following you I tried getting a male and both of my females killed it

2.Find a dodo.

3.Knockout the dodo.

4.Collect berries.

How to tame 10x dodos: 10 must be at spot then knock them all out. If 1or more are not knocked out or one has almost got conchous, feed them narcoberry or get it uncounchous again.

To tame a dodo you will need:

4 metal or better behemoth gates

A longneck rifle (preferably ascendant)

300 or so shocking tranq darts

Lots of raw prime meat

Bio toxin/narcotics (torpor drops insanely fast)

Ghillie

Step one: sneak up on the dodo and try to trap it in the gates (you can also bait it into the gates but it will probably kill you before then)

Step two: once trapped knock it out and put prime meat in inventory

Once taming make sure to regularly feed it narcotics. A dodo's taming effectivness actually starts at 5% and you have to feed it corpses (preferably rexes) to increase taming effectivness.

You now own a dodo!
