I have my male and female together and it says “can mate” below their name but the aren’t breeding, why?

I’m a beginner, can someone tell me how to tame a dodo

Ok, how I tame a dodo is I knock it out with my fists. Most other weapons will kill the dodo. Then feed it berries, and only but in ONE narcoberry or other narcotic. I made a little pen for my two dodos, and I recommend to do that so a dilo or something doesn’t kill your dodo.

This is a perfect animal for newbs just hit it until it gets knocked out the go and put five or six berries in its inventory but not narcos they don’t tame

If you want to to tame the legendary dodo you will need:

A tek trap

A thorny dragon because it deal good torpor

When you have all this, lure the dodo into your trap. Do be aware it is the fastest, strongest, and smartest creature in all of ark. And then you whould have a dodo! (If you couldn’t figure it out it’s a joke.)

In case ur an absolute noob, punch it till it goes unconscious and then put fifteen or so mejoberries or other berries in it's inventory

Please never kill one of these harmless animals.

these guys are mostly useless, but honestly i like them cause they're really cute. you can get lots of eggs from them, they're really slow, and they're super easy to tame, just punch one a few times and feed it some berries, mejoberries work best. eggs of any kind are really good for food and health, keep a few on you for if you get hurt.

This creature is easy because it's the most weakest creature in ark and also it's very slow. So all you need to do is punch it out or club it and feed it meoberries or berries.

Make sure that if you are needing don't have any of your carnivores on wandering as they will kill the baby.

1.find dodo

2.knock out dodo (using fists,pickaxes,hatchets,etc)

3.shove berries down it’s throat

4.name it

5.now you have a dodo

6.DON’T LET IT DIE,ESPECIALLY IF IT’S A LVL 1 DODO!!!

So there I was a 133 man mega tribe on official we decided lets kill one of these things so we grabbed our 500%+ melee gigas our velos,reapers,yutys and all 3 titans I took nearly three hours and this was not worth it as everything died then the do do wiped our fully tel alpha plateau base.

For a beginner, you shouldn’t use the stone pickaxes to knock it out. Instead, you should use your hands to make it unconscious. Tintoberries and Azulberries are the best food to give a Dodo.

Dodo has to be at least over 1.05 in size and be tamed to get dodo feathers when you kill it. the percentage increases when an ovoraptor is near it you can use dodo feathers to make 3 items sail plume, dodo arrow and idk can’t think of it but they also can serve as super troops raise them then set them to aggressive then sail to your enemy’s base release them and they will kill all players using thatch or wood please press the up arrow so players can know this
