Just bred a pair of good sized dodos, And I got identical twins- Female, Same exact coloring. Hoping there massive. Wish me luck, FYI this is my first twin getting more than one baby.

To tame a dodo you need berries purple berries are the best but any berries will work. I personally think that the dodo is a good no great Dino yo start with.it is fast and easy

To tame one of these things just bash it then when it’s knocked out feed it berrys then wait then just name it WARNING

If u have another tamed Dino it may or may not attack your currently taming Dino but check the inventory to get all your berries out

Funny how Helena has a pet Dodo and yet she calls this the dumbest creatures in ARK’s history

When taming a dodo you need to be very careful because its one of the most dangerous dinos in the game when i tamed it this is what is used :

10 Metal gateways

3 beartraps

Good longneck with about 350 tranq darts

Fully imprinted giga to lure it into the trap

I would recommend when you tame a dodo go back and forth between health and melee when leveling up your dodo. Sick it on somebody in pvp and laugh as they die to dodo. It is so very worth it. Watch them rage quit!

Pro tip: be careful this is the most powerful creature in ark (it litrually killed my giga coz i didnt allow him to move or attack)

If you are going for quick tame instead of quality the dodo prefers the amar berry it gives the fastest tame in my experience.

Up if u think that dodos are god and down if u kill everything in sight

These birdies are easy to tame, ( knock out, give berries, ta-da!)

WATCH OUT! these guys are rlly hard to tame. It took me an astounding five hours to tame a lvl 1 they also fight back... he killed my lvl 210 giga so I tamed him to replace the giga. This killer chicken could rip all your flak off EVEN TEK, so watch out he was about to kill me but one swift blow to the head and he was knocked out. I know hav a sacrifice to the dodo gods.

I recommend you to punch it out and don't use a crossbow or a gun to tranq it out
