How to tame 10x dodos: 10 must be at spot then knock them all out. If 1or more are not knocked out or one has almost got conchous, feed them narcoberry or get it uncounchous again.

To tame a dodo you will need:

4 metal or better behemoth gates

A longneck rifle (preferably ascendant)

300 or so shocking tranq darts

Lots of raw prime meat

Bio toxin/narcotics (torpor drops insanely fast)

Ghillie

Step one: sneak up on the dodo and try to trap it in the gates (you can also bait it into the gates but it will probably kill you before then)

Step two: once trapped knock it out and put prime meat in inventory

Once taming make sure to regularly feed it narcotics. A dodo's taming effectivness actually starts at 5% and you have to feed it corpses (preferably rexes) to increase taming effectivness.

You now own a dodo!

When breeding Dodos :

1 get a room (2by2)

2 get a fire and chest

3 get berries and wood

4 get male and female Dodos (tip.get high level dodos and you will have stronger babies)

5 set them on wander or mate (tip if you want the males to stop mating hit wander or mate. That way you can have females ready)

5 wait for them to finish

6 wait till night and put the egg by the fire

7 wait for Dodo to finish imprinting

8 give Dodo berries

9 wait for your Dodo to grow up

Congratulations you have another

Perfect companion

Dodos are too tiny on pc. When I was trying to tame a sarco two dodos started trying to kill it. One was sacrificed to get the other behind the sarcos mouth. The sarco was unable to damage him and a leve 20 dodo killed a sarco

HOW TO TAME:

You will need...

3 metal behemoth gateways

80-100 shocking tranq darts

10-50 extraordinary kibble

2000-10000 narcotics/bio

NOW TO THE TAMING PART!!!!

1. Dodos are the strongest creature of ark, so quickly approach the beast and put 3 metal behemoth gateways around it.

2. Dodos have the highest torpor, so use shocking tranq darts on it until it falls asleep, this may take 30-60 minutes.

3. Dodos are kinda slow tames and the torpor drops EXTREMELY FAST, so after putting in your extraordinary kibbles keep feeding the dodo narcotics, after it eats one kibble it will give like 10% tamed bar.

4. Once your dodo is tamed you can equip a platform saddle on it, you can also give it a Tek saddle!

Can hatch anything out of the eggs?

Dodos are overpowered and here is why.

Most of the early game takes need dodo kiblle such as teradactal,monkey,etc.

They can be bred larger or smaller (only in mobile)they can unlock 9 new abilities when they are breed larger

And the can actually as our shoulder pets if you make the small enough by breeding but it takes a long time not all dodos are the same size the have a scale that say how big they are.

this is the most dangerous animal in the game, if you find one of these just run as fast as you can

Step one: find a dodo (like I mean, how are you gonna tame anything with nothing to tame?)

Step two: farm some mejoberries (and narcoberries if your paranoid)

Step three: use club or slingshot to knock it out

Step four: feed it the berries

Step five: If still sleeping, PROTECT UNTILL YOUR LASR BREATH

Step six: once woken, name your new dodo something snazzy.

P.S: these dudes are really easy to trap. Just place a box of thatch with an open space for you to run out.

How to tame if (no offense here) you are really that bad at ark, this is viable for all versions of the game (Mobile, Xbox, PC etc...)

What you need: nothing, just Fists/Unarmed and some mejoberries (the purple ones) and maybe narcoberries in case

Where: they spawn everywhere in the beaches and in the shallow parts of the forest/jungle

Taming: after you found your almost forever companion, you just start beating the [__] out of it until it turns nighty night night (btw there's like a 1/5 chance it just dies) and just shove Mejoberries until it becomes tamed

I feel kind of bad for them if somebody's doing Pro Hunt: Obsolescence/ARK Mobile thing

I bred a 1.17 dodo and a 1.10 dodo and I got a 1.04 dodo even though it was fully imprinted. 🤨

Tip:

-Make a club, and search for one at least level 80.. Tame him with berries! (Be careful not to die, this creature kills you with one hit!)

-After that, make her kill creatures to get a higher level! (The best creature for your Dodo to kill early on will be Titanosaurs or Giganotosaurus!)

-Now you can kill any Boss with 1 hit from this extremely strong creature!
