They are extremely hard to tame and will retaliate very violently. One peck of their vicious beak will obliterate you, your Dino’s, titanosaurs and even the bosses straight away.

They have the most useful meaning in ark mobile ( kibble/war dodo)

Im sorry- i was attacking a dodo then it randomly attacked me and did like 20 damage wtf-

HOW TO TAME A DODO:

-Find a Dodo, they will be on the beach near the water wondering around.

-Next you knock it out using your fists or a club.

-After knocking it out put some berries in its inventory to tame it.

-Then you got a tamed Dodo!

Easy to breed, if you have bout 7. Make a dodo circle and throw the two you wanna pair together and put em on wander. Then after 4 mins or so u got fern egg. Up if you are trying to get a dodo army like me! 🦤

a cute, simple little bird. they come in slightly different sizes. easy to tame by knocking it out with your fists and feeding it various berries, mejoberries work best. they are pretty much useless unfortunately, so they mostly just make cute little pets. the only thing i guess they can do is carry a little bit of weight for you if you're a beginner, but they're already very slow so that'll just make them really sluggish. they're mostly only good for sitting around and looking cute.

On mobile they can be breed for larger or small sizes.If you breed the for smaller size they can be shoulder tames

Whistle a dodo aggressive on a sleeping player in pvp. Your dodo will take the blame for the kill.

Put a platform saddle on one of these guys and you have yourself a great raid Dino. Also great for meatruns!

Is it just me or is it weird that dodo’s and other medium to small herbivores don’t spawn on the safe island on the island map. I mean the island has a picture of the dodo but yet no dodo, it makes no sense, they should make it to we’re some thing like the pachy and the pachyrhino or doedicurus can spawn there and they should cut the spawn rate for things like the bronto or phioma things that are more common than the other Dino’s and what have you.

Tame them and use them for dodoball games! (My variation is more like dodgeball-hockey-soccer-basketball but do whatever you want)

Most OP creature in ark, literally can one shot a giga, it literally is the most underrated and most OP tame, I brang them for alpha dragon boss fight it was EASY truly the goat of ark 🐐🐐🐐

You might think oh look a tiny. Dodo what could I do with this but if you level it up pow it might be able to one hit kill a creature.

Hit it with a bat and then get berries, to tame.
