Baby dodo drops prime meat but you should not kill one

I've spent days playing Ark but all I had tamed was 8 dodos.

I got 2 prime meat from a juvi dodo…. Explain plez

Use dodos for taming bait. Especially for Raptors!

DO NOT APPROACH! These things spawn on beaches and can kill Carnos at low levels. If they kill you, they steal your inventory! They’re so strong that they will kill you one hit. The only way to kill a dodo, (that I’ve found), is to tame a rex and yuty, and the carno guards.

Max out meelee. No EVER expects the Dodo.

On PvP they can be used as suicide bombers or mass infectors.

Once saw a dodo fighting a Giga . I instantly went to attak the Giga and protect the dodo . I unfortunetly then realized that the dodo was a tamed lvl 220 and was on aggressive. I immediately ran away from the dodo.... Right into the Giga. That dodo lost me my mastercraft longneck. R.I.P

Just craft a wooden club and wait till you knock him/her out then feed it berries and wait till it’s tamed and boom you have a dodo

I have 10k hours on ark and whenever I see this I have to throw out a pocket giga but they always die and so do I

The easiest tame every for noobs( I’m so of a noob but dus lvl50 count as a noob?) all I have to do is punch them 2or3 times feed it berrys and BOOM u got a DODO!!!!! I have tried to breed dodos for size but my breeding ended because of carnivores.

Ps: how do u breed them for smaller dodos because I tried a I only got big dodos and I’m still waiting for a answer for painting creatures

If you breed a lot of them and get a dodo scale 2.0 or above they can be nice mounts, walking around with a big chicken.

The thing there good for is a back pack because you can put stuff in them and carry them around without having to have to much weight and you need 1 camp fire to hatch a dodo egg

Don’t walk away when you feed em if there hurt bc they won’t follow u so yeahhhhh
